Long time customer lost. We won’t be going back. Service is so slow. A couple of weeks ago we were told our online order was lost. We reordered, had to wait for it, then they magically “found” our first order and tried to give us both. We then had to wait for a refund when we declined taking home both orders. Tonight was worse. We ordered online and were told our order would be ready at 8:00. We arrived a few minutes before 8 and checked in after waiting several minutes before even being spoken to. Staff was vastly more concerned with getting ready to close than taking care of their customers. At 8:25, I went to the counter and asked when our order would be ready, as several people who came in and ordered after us had already received their food. It was just sitting on the counter. No one had called our name. Then, when I said that they have me the wrong salad, a sweet younger girl went and got a manager who proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. We order the same thing every other week. I just click reorder the same meal. The salad tonight came in a side salad container and it was just lettuce, chicken, and maybe a spoonful of corn. I paid $10+ for a full sized salad and instead was argued with about a meal that I have ordered several times. We walked out and we won’t be back.

It's been 30 years since my last visit. Still a great burger!
Was in town for work and decided to give the Dairy Bar a try based on the good reviews. It did not disappoint! Burger was fresh and flavorful and the place looked put together and clean. Would definitely come back if I am ever down in Lake

The dairy bar is an Icon in lake Jackson. The hamburgers are the best! The patties are made twice a week in house! Nowhere where do you find a better jalapeno burger! If you find yourself in the brazosport area this is the place!

My parents were patrons before I was born. Over 55 years. It's still one of the best places for a real burger. All new technology with all the authenticity from the past. A great family history and part of the community for over 70 years

Dairy bar used to be really good
however, it’s taken a DIVE. They need more management and better service.
Food came out cold and staff didn’t seem to care
Took 30 minutes to correct my order with ZERO APOLOGIES!!!!
Sad but I’m sure I don’t think I’m gonna come back for any food.
