Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes before someone came to the window to take my order. Manager was just standing there looking around not doing nothing. Poor service and communication.

Food was very good, I paid $40 for 2 people and you're going to charge me 23 cents for a small water? Good grief people, enough to make me think twice about returning. Don't give me bologna about paying for the cup. A small Styrofoam cup does NOT cost a quarter.

Idk why dairy bar got a drive thru if the wait for your food is longer than a 2 am Friday n Saturday night meal at whataburgerđ like ainât no way I waited 30 minutes for some damn chicken tenders on a Tuesday afternoon and the funny thing is thereâs 7 workers and 2 customers yâall gotta do better

I come here because it has been a part of the community for years and has decent food. But I will never go back after today! I refuse to pay a $3.95 charge to order food online,. I tried calling in an order and a machine wonât put you through to the restaurant. Iâm assuming the $3.95 is to help pay for the fancy new computer system they have! Think about it does Mc Donaldâs charge you to use their app! Needless to say after 35 years of regular Friday night burgers I will have go somewhere else! Shame on you Dairy Bar!

Long time customer lost. We wonât be going back. Service is so slow. A couple of weeks ago we were told our online order was lost. We reordered, had to wait for it, then they magically âfoundâ our first order and tried to give us both. We then had to wait for a refund when we declined taking home both orders. Tonight was worse. We ordered online and were told our order would be ready at 8:00. We arrived a few minutes before 8 and checked in after waiting several minutes before even being spoken to. Staff was vastly more concerned with getting ready to close than taking care of their customers. At 8:25, I went to the counter and asked when our order would be ready, as several people who came in and ordered after us had already received their food. It was just sitting on the counter. No one had called our name. Then, when I said that they have me the wrong salad, a sweet younger girl went and got a manager who proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. We order the same thing every other week. I just click reorder the same meal. The salad tonight came in a side salad container and it was just lettuce, chicken, and maybe a spoonful of corn. I paid $10+ for a full sized salad and instead was argued with about a meal that I have ordered several times. We walked out and we wonât be back.
Was in town for work and decided to give the Dairy Bar a try based on the good reviews. It did not disappoint! Burger was fresh and flavorful and the place looked put together and clean. Would definitely come back if I am ever down in Lake
