Food is not what it used to for sure and trying to call in an order to go is dam near impossible.

Go here for the DAIRY not for the burger (should have known by the name). We tried this place after moving here, and came in with high expectations especially with the “Award winning burger award” on the wall for something like 10 yrs. I got the jalepeno burger and he got the double burger. It was nothing like I expected.. a bland burger on a non toasty bun. The lettuce was soggy HOWEVER the chocolate shake was phenomenal. Will be back for the drinks, not the food.

The manager is not as sweet as she comes off. She will criticize the way you look.

Waited 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The sandwich had been sitting on the counter ready, but no one handed it to me. Really disappointed in the service.

This is painful to write.

Ordered double meat jalapeno burger well done and onion rings.

Got order which was COLD and burger was barely done and onion rings were barely done and cooked in burnt grease.

Sent it all back. Burger came out little more done but was cooked at best, medium, and asked for fries instead of onion rings. Fries came out raw and barely warm.

Won't be back for nothing but a malt.

This is NOT the only time food came out wrong.

SAD because this was the best burger in town and cannot trust the food being prepared.

Please consider closing the doors or just serving malts and frozen treats.

The food is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Still have the memories of how great is used to be, which are priceless.

Just had to be brutally honest since this place was so ICONIC at least for many of us from LJ in the past.

Please do not bother sending any type of compensation. Attaching receipt for your records.

Really do mean it when I am telling to close the doors. You could try to get some better cooks, change management, and get more help, but this would be the only chance. Food speaks for itself!!!
SO SAD!!!!!!

Thank you very much and God Bless!!!!

So the manager Kerri hangs up on people because we complained and were extremely disgusted that our food took 1 hour to receive and was cold and extremely over cooked. Spent almost $50 and the chicken sandwich’s were so overcooked and dry we threw them away. Tasted like disgusting jerky. Yeah we were disgruntled because you were awful to talk to. Bc you gave my dad a free milk shake we aren’t allowed to call and complain. And then Kerri tells us that the owner Mary took care of my dad & gave him a free shake so we should be okay with it. Her words! And then she tells us that we are not a fast food restaurant. Under Google (see picture for reference) it literally says “fast food”. Not expecting McDonald speed but 1 hour is absolutely ridiculous. I could have been okay with that but when the food was completely awful and spent so much money, I’m not. This could have been taken care of easily but to be told nothing you can do bc my dad got a free a milk shake. What kind of service is that! I expected to be greeted with apologies or some sort of professional response. The manager Kerri needs to go take some courses on customer service bc she made the situation way worse. I should have not lost my temper (I apologize for that) but Kerri was infuriating with her lack luster response, apparently only her opinions matter. I wasn’t prepared for such a rude interaction. She will fight you on every word and tell you they aren’t “fast food” so don’t expect fast. Well honey, I hate to tell you just bc y'all are slow doesn’t change the fact you are in fact fast food. I’ve never heard such a laughable excuse. The old owners would have handled this so much better and have empathy. Something your establishment lacks. We WERE loyal customers enjoyed supporting a small business but not anymore. Rude people! We don’t eat out often, we chose here bc of how they use to be, wasted so much money on food we didn’t end up eating. I hope you actually change so you don’t disappoint more people with your terrible customer service. Reading other comments with complaints like mine, doubtful. I would also like to point out, don’t order online like we did. The cooks apparently could not figure out how to get the orders to show. Our food was supposed to be ready at 12:56 (see picture). My dad got the food at like 1:45. Don’t have online if you don’t know how to use it. Don’t give people times to pickup if you can’t deliver on it. Just insane you think this is good business practice and okay. So disappointing how people just don’t care how their customers are treated. All I wanted was at least my money back on the worst chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. The meat was paper thin.

Very clean and an amazing place to take a date or just to try something new. I will say though that the food prices are high for something I can get somewhere else for 5$-7$ less

Disappointed.

We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries, chocolate shake, and a banana spilt. It’s hot out. The first item they bring out is the banana split. It begins to melt as we are still waiting on the hot food. We drive back to the drive thru where we placed the order and asked them to remake it when our hot food is ready. They offered to put it in the freezer but I insisted since it was already very melted. I can see them inside as one of the employees begins to remake it as they are talking back and forth, maybe even arguing I can only assume. I look away and then she comes to the window handing it to me as if it was the new one. They then hand us our hot food and the shake. I could CLEARLY see that they had just stuck the first one in the freezer and as the top was frosted looking and melted ice cream dripping all over us in the car from it. The employee mentioned “lucky you, that was the last banana” - if they were out and not able to remake it , I would have rather them just been truthful and offered another item or refund it.

Went in with no expectations, and glad I did. The customer service was great. The ice cream is top tier. The chicken tenders and fries were really good. A bit salty but still good. 2 of my tenders were over cooked but by the time I finished my ice cream and fries I didn't care. Prices aren't bad either. Highly recommended.

They have a new menu, but conserve the quality of meats. The burgers always taste fresh (the meat) and they make their own corn dogs -which I love!
