we went for a late dinner after I got off work. The food was hot and served in a timely manner. Our server Cynthia was very attentive and friendly.
me and my folks went this morning … we got some elderly lady she came and didn’t even present herself she straight just ask what we wanted to drink , ok fine we left it go but after 10 mins seems like her attitude was making us feel uncomfortable not only that we gotta keep asking for coffee instead of her being on point on our service , she hardly kept coming and asking us IF we was doing OK smh I understand it gets busy but hey take 5 seconds to ask ur customers how’s...read full review
While I generally like ihop, it bothers me that management cannot keep enough change in the tills for the cashiers to give back change. My bill is consistently $11.67. I give the cashier a $20. I leave a $5 tip because the service is quite good. Most of the time my change is returned as $8.00. I know the servers are paid horrible wages but who is pocketing the change. Is it the servers or management. I know it is only 33 cents but it is the principle of short changing customers...read full review
