Since I work nights I order often from here since they’re the only restaurant that stays open 24/7 I believe. My orders are usually fantastic! However, I ordered last Friday night from here and they had told me that they were out of tomato soup which was fine. The guy I spoke with I believe was the manager and he was really helpful. He told me to call back early in the morning and speak with some lady who would better assist. It has now been five days and every single time I call them no one ever answers the phone! I guess I’m going to be making a trip up there myself so they can refund my money!

Its advertised "kids eat free " certain times but the server didnt correct it and said "oh we dont do that for free we only do it when asked". Seems like a shady thing that you have to ask for something already advertised. 3.50 for a cup of coffee also seems excessive. Other than that it was as expected. Mediocre, overpriced breakfast food with a plastic motel 6 lobby atmosphete.

Ordered 2+2+2... Ordered Eggs OVER med. Served Sunny side up AND COLD. Two pancakes would not even melt the butter. Bacon was very tough. Won't be back for a good while.

Orange juice was offal, tasted like chlorine. T-bone was very tough and small. Eggs were runny and we ordered over medium.
Sat us down quickly but then didn’t take our drink order for 10 minutes and put us in between two trashy table that weren’t cleaned or touched. 3 waitresses standing at 1 computer socializing and laughing!! I’m very disgusted and pissed off at this IHOP! I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy!
