I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Got boneless wings for my birthday. Wings where mostly dry on the outside hardly any sauce. I ate them anyway with buffalo wild wings sauce I got at Kroger to make them taste better.
Employees are awesome though. It's not there fault they have to fallow restaurant rules and make the wings like that.
Also discovered I don't like the buffalo sauce. It's too salty for my taste.

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

Everything was excellent! They brought samples of several things because it was my first time here, the salad was fresh and crisp, and the meal was delicious. Also, the pricing on everything was fair, and the service was outstanding.

Our waiter was Robert and he had a great personality, stopped by our table often to see if we needed anything and was friendly. Our food was delicious too. I always (usually) get the country fried chicken and can never eat it all. I bring it home for supper the next night. My husband got the 8 oz strip with a baked potato and ate it all - no leftovers for his supper the next day ?. Also, they have the best warm rolls with sweet butter. Thanks again to Robert for making our night out very enjoyable.
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

This a go to place for a good friend and I, love to sit at bar, drink, eat and have a good time. Well, we've been there twice in less that a month (we usually go once a week), the last 2 visits have really made us wonder if we should return. Once, we waited 45 minutes for our food, we almost walked out, the restaurant was NOT busy, not many people there. We were "compensated" with a free appetizer on our next busy- okay. Went back last weekend, service was great as usual, the food arrived in a timely manner...but, it was pretty much cold, we asked for it to be warmed up, it was thanks to the microwave -we had decent food if you like your food zapped. We had used our "free appetizer" voucher and it was returned to us to use for a future visit. Really??? Each visit for me personally with 2 drinks and my steak runs around $60, I don't think I want to spend that kind of money for cold food. I'm torn ? I've always enjoyed Texas Roadhouse but the kitchen needs to do their part to be able to keep me coming back. I know- I'm not their only customer but come on!! My money counts too! I hate to bash anyone specially knowing there's a lack of employees nowadays and we're getting back to "normal" but truth be told- Roadhouse do your part please. Medz
