Ordered a kickin ranch chicken wrap with everything on it and only added one thing but when i got my food it had no cheese, no lettuce despite it coming with those things and was drowned in sauce and mayo. On top of that the wrap was falling out of the second wrapper it was wrapped in.

When I walked up, the staff was outside taking a break at the tables. They saw me go inside but didn’t bother to assist me. At the counter, no one was there to take an order. As I was leaving, an employee came in from the back and said she didn’t know I was there. Said she was busy dealing with BS in the back. She offered to get the guys outside to come in and serve me but I declined. They saw me go inside the store and elected to stay outside. I will not beg for service when I’m paying for it so I walked away and spent my money at Firehouse Subs across the street where I was welcomed in.

I started going here weekly, and have had great food! A few weeks ago the salesperson suggested a similar sandwich with double the meat and added cheese for a nominal additional fee. That may seem like a small thing, but it’s not often a cashier in a fast food establishment pays that kind of attention, and suggests ways to improve your order. I really appreciated it!

The toasted spicy Italian is super good, goes great with the pesto salad. And the managers and staff are always courteous and helpful.
My first JJs experience was yesterday and I was very impressed. The dude with tattoos on his arms was awesome and made me feel welcome. The sandwich (Ult Italian Night Club) was spectacular and adequately priced.

My sandwich had 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of cheese. This was the skinniest sandwich I’ve ever seen. My order was a combo so I spent $12 for nothing.

The other week employees ignored me when all they had to do was verify my order and hand it to me. Tried to place an order tonight and they wouldn’t accept my card no matter how i put the billing info, switched cards and it simply told me it couldn’t take my order.
