My first JJs experience was yesterday and I was very impressed. The dude with tattoos on his arms was awesome and made me feel welcome. The sandwich (Ult Italian Night Club) was spectacular and adequately priced.

Did online order for pick up so there was no contact with staff.
My sandwich had 1 slice of turkey and 1 slice of cheese. This was the skinniest sandwich I’ve ever seen. My order was a combo so I spent $12 for nothing.

I always love coming here to jimmy johns go get there number 12 sandwich with kickin ranch, there sandwich are always 100% when I get this item on the menu. The ingredients are fresh and taste amazing every time I get this sandwich. Will definitely come again here for food and Highly recommend

The other week employees ignored me when all they had to do was verify my order and hand it to me. Tried to place an order tonight and they wouldn’t accept my card no matter how i put the billing info, switched cards and it simply told me it couldn’t take my order.

Service staff was uninformative and not friendly. Not exactly rude, just not helpful either.
Vegetarian options: Not a lot of options for those who are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: They do have a gluten free option, aka a lettuce wrap.
Parking: Is in a chain mail store lot, and during the day parking lot can be pretty packed. Not to mention it's not a large lot, so having more than one vehicle that's a truck driving in the lot at a time is difficult.

Got sandwiches to go. We just moved into the area and first time at this location. We were very happy with our sandwiches. My #5 Little was assembled nicely with just right fillings, my husband’s #1 was great too! Will be back.

Ordered the new Mediterranean chicken wrap. Got half way through one half and found a 8” hair in it. Brought it back to the counter and asked for a refund. Cashier took it to the back and said the manager will give me refund in 3 to 4 WEEKS! I never spoke with the manager she didn’t come out to talk to me.
