Kravem Cakes did a phenomenal job on my husband and I’s wedding cake on November 18th. With excellent communication and providing EXACTLY what we wanted, our wedding turned out amazingly with the delicious creamy cake that was delivered. I recommend them for any events and especially weddings!! Bravo!?

Krave'm Cakes is amazing. They helped me reward and recognize a few of my employees from out of town. They were quick, efficient, and so nice.

She is so talented! We got the cutest little back to school cookies for the kids teachers. Just as tasty as cute!

I walked in and asked the lady if I can order a cookie cake for my son and 7 days and she says I would have to get on the Internet to do that I said no problem I tried to do that I could not get it to take my order and before I even asked her for help she told me that she had a wedding next week that she was probably not going to be able to do it either she was too lazy to even help me out or she was just making an excuse not to help me at all or a cookie cake was not even uh I guess a big order for her to feel but it don't matter orders order I wish she would that took the time to try to show me something on the Internet to see if we can fix this but she kind of shoot me out of her shop so I'll just take my business somewhere else and I will not refer anybody back to this business ever again and I will never be back in this business ever again... No ma'am I have never ordered a cake from you ever I've been to your store several times looking around but I've never actually bought anything from you like order to cake!!!

The ordering process was very easy. They offer a wide variety of flavors for cake/filling/icing/etc. which left plenty of room for complete customization. The cake was ADORABLE and the whole family loved the taste just as much! Upon pick up of my order, I spotted a rack with other sweeties on it so I purchased a box of mini cookie sandwiches for the ride home and they did not disappoint. I am looking forward to another reason to celebrate so I can order from here again!

If I could give Krista 10 stars, I would. I ordered an Oreo cake a month in advance of my beach vacation and she didn't leave me hanging -- she followed up a few days prior to confirm the order and coordinate the pickup. She's clearly got excellent organizational and communication skills, two things lacking in today's world. And oh my god, let's talk about her baking skills -- the cake was (and still is 4 days later) delicious! She's the whole package: friendly, professional, and highly skilled. Next time I'm in Freeport I'm supporting this small business!

The peach cobbler and assorted cupcakes were wonderful! Can't wait to try Kravem Cakes' other treats.

They did a absolutely perfect job on my wedding cake. It was tough finding someone in town to do fondant and this design and I mean she literally did exactly what I asked for. It was one of my favorite details and truly tied everything together so wonderfully. Thanks so much!

We were seriously wowed by Krave'm Cakes and would highly recommend them. We are from Austin and decided to surprise our daughter with a trip to Surfside Beach for her 5th birthday. The lovely host of our Air BNB recommended this bakery for a cake to pick up on the way, and I'm so glad she did! I contacted the bakery with a pretty vague description of what we wanted [whimsical, girly, beachy] and oh my goodness, did they deliver! The cake was so pretty that I wanted to cry when I first saw it, and my daughter felt the same way. We selected the smallest size and the price we were quoted was so reasonable, especially for the product. Something else that just made us super happy is that they were able to achieve our cake's beautiful look without fondant. The cake was mainly for a 5 y/o and a 3 y/o, so I was super relieved the decorations were not only pretty, but delicious too. So here is the embarrassing part. We have been super Covid conscious and hadn't done any in-person shopping for quite some time. So when we stopped at Buc-ee's on the way to Lake Jackson, we accidentally spent entirely too much time there buying junk that we didn't need. When we got back out to the car, we realized we had spent almost an hour in the gas station and that we were running late for the cake pickup! The bakery closes at 5:30 and GPS showed us arriving at 5:27. I immediately phoned and explained the situation; asking if we could pay over the phone so as not to keep them there past closing. The young lady who answered could not have been sweeter and assured me that it was no big deal and that we could pay in person. We rolled in at 5:25 and I definitely felt so bad about being that customer, but she couldn't have been kinder about it. I noticed they have a very pretty seating area as well, so I definitely plan on bringing my family back next time we pass through [which will hopefully not be so late in the day].

What can I say other than this business not only offers the most wonderfully delightful desserts, but the owner really came through for my in a big way with a last minute order. I recommend this place to every one. It has become to me one of the staples of Lake Jackson.

I have finally checked this dessert spot out, and so glad that Lake Jackson has! The shop itself is cute and has some of their goodies on display when you first walk in. There are cookies in big glass jars that adorn some of the checkout counter (these are $1/each, except the keto ones). They also have decorated sugar cookies, monster cookies, brownies the size of your hand!, cupcakes (I meant to get one, but I forgot), banana pudding (and a few other variations of banana pudding (like with nutella)) and cobblers in their cooler. I was told that they do, at times, have ready made cakes in their cooler (and if you spot one on their FB page, you can call and they'll reserve it for you to come in and purchase) - there were no cakes today, and i was looking for a chocolate cake (it is national choc cake day.. or so my honey tells me :) ). There was also some shrimp & sausage gumbo for sale, and at $15 for a 32oz container, I thought why not? It also came with a small (very small) side of rice. So the gumbo is good, plenty of sausage and shrimp, and just a kick of heat; and although no one would really comment on the rice, I appreciate that the cook did season the water while boiling it - kudos! My only suggestion to this dish would be to include more rice as that small portion was barely enough for one serving. As a personal preference, I added just a tad more salt to the gumbo. I ended up getting a few of their monster cookies (some were discounted to $1), and they did not taste "discounted" at all, but probably would not purchase again (Bird Bakery, you ruined me on Monster Cookies!!). Let me tell you about their jalepeno & cheese cinnamon roll - ok, there is NO cinnamon in it, but you get the idea of how it's made. Unwrapping every layer of that roll yielded cheddar goodness! I don't think these are a regular item in their bakery, I just happen to see on their FB that these were part of today's offering - but here's a tip - MAKE THESE A REGULAR ITEM!! Yes, they are that good.. go get one (maybe). Warning - the jalepeno cheese cinnamon rolls are $7 each, so that's a bit pricey. The pecan brownie is a thick, monstrous slice of fudgy, chocolately goodness - you can definitely share (or not). Overall, this bakery sells good, tasty items, but some items are defiinitely overpriced.
