We came here at around 7 p.m. on a weekday evening. The ice cream was just ok...I had a brownie sundae and the little brownie bites that she put as the base tasted dry and stale. My husband liked his shake. For my husband a regular sized shake and me a brownie sundae it was $16, which is very expensive, but we never get ice cream here and we already in the mall. Everything looked clean and organized from what I could see.

The ice cream is not really good, and very pricy. I don't recommend, you can get better ice cream somewhere else.

I have had 3 cotton candy shakes so far in a week.. Guys ITS AN ADDICTION! SO SO SOSOSOOSO GOOD!

I'm so happy I chose to get this over doordash! Literally ever was perfect. The consistency, the color and the joy I get whenever I take a sip! I got the right size as well. The cup was sealed and even the bag, making it super safe for me to take home as well! Thank you Marble Slab Creamery

I’m giving it a 3 just because I usually have no issues here. They are always super nice and friendly. But today I went at roughly 6:40 pm, it says they close at 8. The lights were on and the gate wasn’t down so I waited and waited for about 10-15 minutes. I rang the bell as well. And nothing. I walked down to a store and I called and it rang and rang and nothing. Couldn’t even leave a voicemail because the inbox is full. I walked back around 7 or so and waited a few more minutes and nothing. Now I know someone was there because they left their Panera Bread take out containers on the counter as well as the cleaning supplies on the counters. I left a note asking what time they closed and let them know I had waited. If they had to leave or go somewhere they could have left a note or closed up.
This is just one experience though. So I will continue to come here as I love the ice cream and I usually have good experiences here. Just disappointed tonight. I drove 20 minutes to get there and was really looking forward to some ice cream.

My Husband and I stopped by because we were picking up a package from Amazon locker. Service was nice but the ice cream was ok until i started to see actual ice in my ice cream. Didn't think nothing about it until I spit out a piece of tissue that was wrapped in the second piece of ice in the ice cream we brought. Pistachio and cinnamon bun was the flavors we got. Wish I can get money back for the garbage they are selling. Honestly we really wanted to go to the chill spot but soon as we walked that way the young boy sat down in the food court area. So we decided to come here. NEVER AGAIN

Waited 10 minutes and rang the bell at the counter and no one ever appeared. The lights and everything were on and there was no sign up anywhere stating a closure or that someone stepped away. We walked down the mall and turned around and when we passed by a second time, there was a mother with her two young daughters waiting to be served and there was still no workers around. We advised her that we waited quite a while and no one appeared.

This place is never stocked with strawberries shortcake. I decided to stop trying and just wait until I go to pearland.
