Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Food was awful. Really old and not edible. Service was okay. Girl behind register was doing drive through, handling walk ins and delivering food to tables. She was really nice and had a great attitude. She was doing a lot for one person. Food was just awful.

First time trying mcalisters and it’ll be my last. I placed an order for a sandwich and a cup of soup before leaving my office and when I arrived, I was surprised that it wasn’t ready. Stood and waited about 15 additional minutes when finally I see an employee hand a cup of soup from the back and it’s added to a bag with a sandwich in it that’s been sitting there since I walked in. I go back to my office to eat and the sandwich was cold and mushy, there was no hold to the bread, the melted cheese was like cold wax and the sandwich fell apart while I ate it. The cup of potato soup was the blandest I’ve ever had. For over $15, I’d rather just go to firehouse subs.

Mrs. D, makes the BEST Pecanberry Salad w/ Grilled Chicken,..EVER!!! Her kindness, her customer service & her willingness to help any way possible is Very Much Appreciated!! Her smile and attitude is also Contagious!! Ask for Mrs. D. ( Diana Espinosa-Norris ) she’s INCREDIBLE! 👏👏 💯 This salad keeps me going back! Thank you Mrs D. !! From the time you walk in, there’s no hello, welcome in fact nothing not even a smile like your welcomed which I should’ve known but wanted to give it a chance which NEVER AGAIN!!!! Almost 30.00 for 2 people which was ok until I received the food nachos ok upon ordering mine I asked the gentleman can I get the 2 for 10.99 he replied yes but only the ones with the P besides them well after seeing an extra 3.00 on my receipt I understood to me there’s a difference with lying & upselling to a customer!!!! Which that was wrong on every level so I see a huge problem with that kinda business.

I have a major problem when the first two things I ask for during my first visit to this establishment, they are out of. Just not the first impression you want to give. The impression it gives me is that the manager isn't ordering correctly. Took my money elsewhere.
Sad salads. Obviously bag salad but it just looked terrible. I wouldn't have served this. Definitely didn't eat a single bite.

I NEVER leave a review on anything, unless the product or service was just so outstanding, that I feel it deserves one. I can only think of maybe one other time I have left a negative review, but I was so disappointed with the LJ McAlister’s, so here I am… I love McAlister’s and don’t live in LJ, so I don’t get it very often. Therefore, I was super excited to get it today. I ordered ahead online, and picked up in the drive-through window. I ordered a club sandwich with a side of fruit and a tea, which came out to over $20, but I was really craving it, so I didn’t mind. I picked up my food in the drive-through window and was in a hurry to get to my next destination, so I did not check my bag before leaving. Once I finally checked my order, I saw that I was given a chicken salad sandwich instead of the club (which is more expensive), with fruit. This of course was very disappointing considering it is not what I ordered and I’m not a huge fan of their chicken salad, but the cup of fruit was even more disappointing. See photos showing how the fruit cup is advertised, vs what I got… no grapes, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple… just some cantaloupe and two bites of melon. I know prices are high right now, but $20 for a sandwich, some fruit and a drink is kind of pricey, especially when it is not what you ordered or had in mind. Needless to say, I will not be back for a while.
