Before ordering , I made a visit to the women’s restroom. After discovering no running water at the restroom sink I didn’t bother to order when I came out. Where exactly were the female employees washing their hands? ….As I peered over the counter …. I saw no gloves on the employee serving up fries . Couldn’t see the other servers. Needless to say… I didn’t order any food….

Used the app at 2:45pm to order 2 meals. Arrived at 3:15pm. Parking lot completely full. Waited for open spot. Sat in spot 2, for 30 minutes. Husband walked inside to see if there was an issue. 20 people inside waiting as well. Finally, received food at 3:50pm 😕Order was missing BBQ sauce, and incorrect items. Moral here; go to Burger King.

Trash service as always, food is never right and they take forever. Past 3 times I came here I ordered my food plain and dry. I guess it’s hard for some of the workers to read because on the receipt and box it says play or sauce only (on the McRib) yet they load it up with everything. Never waisting my time at this location anymore.

Almost no communication, it’s crazy it takes over 20 minutes to make 2 smalls meals, especially when the restaurant is empty. Had to go back in like 5 times because items were continuously missing, then 1 of the workers got snappy whenever we went back up to the counter for our missing items. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I mean 20 minutes for NUGGETS
Update: the manager came and fixed everything, it’s been a busy day for everybody, everything was made right. Look forward to returning in the future
