Just a really poor location overall. They always mess up your order. They are always out of something (straws, sodas, lids, cups, even burgers!). And the employees are often rude.

I’m convinced they went to a trailer park to get employees.. the old lady at the window is a sweet heart but she has absolutely no clue what she’s doing. My order was completely wrong and I feel like I got robbed because she didn’t even give me everything I ordered.

Brought my boys here to eat we got the quarter pounder and two 10 peace chicken nuggets when my son took a bite of his burger it was raw took it back and all they said was it happens
Was getting 4 burgers tonight off dollar menu took over 45 mins to even get our food ..the lady at the register didn't even confirm our order n charged us for someone else's food and the kid at the delivery window was more worried about talking to his buddy than doing his job ...i normally stop here alot but this will be the last time at this location ...so sad

Terrible service, I ordered some pancakes and the cook is a fat woman. He complained about doing it in front of the manager and the manager didn't say anything to him. He just saw it. I imagine he has to send there to provide good customer service.

bruh i wanted a mcdouble so bad and half of the cheese was falling off the burger …. personally i wouldn’t serve that burger to anyone . that’s just me tho

They DO not have changing tables in either the men’s or women’s bathroom, this McDonald’s is not family friendly.
