Complaining to national... TAKE AWAY their FRANCHISE LICENSE pr FIRE NIGHT MANAGER: Been waiting a HALF HOUR for ONE sandwich... 9:30PM....and NORMAL (>50% OF NIGHT ORDERS) has become 15 to 20 mins for ONE OR TWO sandwiches during the last 2 weeks!!Breakfast is ALWAYS GREAT and FAST. "FAST food" is the attraction/promise, supposedly... Meanwhile... THREE employees have been sitting outside the ENTIRE time (30 minutes for a cigarette break?). So you've got 1 high level employee making all others look bad (the regular-joe night time workers aren't too blame...)

To start off they didnt quite get my order. I order an ice Carmel coffee, they didn't put any Carmel in my coffee. Secondly I order 4 sauces which they charged me for didn't even receive them. I also ordered a 20 piece which they have put in a different box. The employee didn't inform about that and I thought my order was wrong. This place needs to get shut down or get better management or employees!!

My order was wrong. After repeating several times what I ordered, I was told I didn't pay for my order. I showed my receipt, and they still got my order wrong. I walked in to get my drink because it was given in the drive thru just to be ignored by every employee. 15 minutes of waiting on a medium Dr Pepper that no 1 wanted to make for me. Maybe it was an off night for this location ?

First off if I could I’d give them an even lower rating. I used the app at 10am to get breakfast and had to wait damn near 40mins to get to the speaker and they told me it didn’t matter that I ordered the food before 11am that it was past 11am now that Evan though I was there before 11am and had to wait so long to get to the speaker I couldn’t have my food witch was almost 25$ and the lady was so rude about the hole thing and now I have to wait over 24 hours to get my money back is beyond ridiculous and the hole experience was trash and that store needs new employees and managers at this rate. What is happening with McDonalds? Used to be so awesome and one of my favorite restaurants to grab a good fast meal but now they have just become complete garbage and someone needs to get in there and show them how to run a restaurant this is unacceptable behavior and what is the point of the app if we are just gonna get told that it doesn’t matter!!!! GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!! Complete trash!!!!!!

Ronald was a blast him the hamburgular and I all set passing a yoint around . Ronald kept tripping the kids with his big clown feet. which was really a distraction for his accomplice the hamburgular to steel back the mr. Potato head happy meal toys. I know weird right ! But yeah they were a blast can't waite untill my next visit were supposed to meet some girls up there and eat some magic mushrooms and play in the ball pit . Gonna be fun !
