Went at lunch time so service was slow! The employees were nice and apologetic. I had the new crispy sesame beef and shrimp bowl with chow mien and it is very tasty! A bit of heat and nice crispiness. Hubby had an orange chicken with chow mien bowl and it was fresh and delicious with duck sauce. Will go back!

I have eaten here 7 times in the past month alone, as I enjoy Chinese food. But it seems, every time I order, EXPRESSLY Regular Orange Chicken - they give HOT Orange Chicken like they need to get rid of the product for poor performance or something. I have serious intestinal issues and finding out 7 times in a ROW that my Orange Chicken is SPICYA IS BEYOND INFURIATING and has consequences they refuse to acknowledge! Spend your money elsewhere, they don't care beyond making a buck at your potential expense.

What can I say? This is the McDonald's of Asian cuisine. Since my favorite quick bite Asian has closed down, I decided to give Panda a try. I had the craving. I walked in and was amazed at the presentation! They had flames coming from the wok and we hustling and bustling! I saw the fridge full of freshly diced and chopped veggies. I was excited! The front steamtable was clean and full of food! It looked fresh! The chow mein was mounded high and was steaming! The inner foodie in me got way too much food. I got 3 entrees with a side of fried rice, a side of chow mein, 2 egg rolls, and a couple of cheese wonton. I brought it home, turned on Netflix to watch some TV, and set out the spread. My first bite was of the chow mein (a weakness of mine) I can imagine the face my wife saw when I took my first bit. It's nasty. The texture is gross, the flavor is bland, and was just overall unappealing. The rest of the food was the same story. I don't recommend it and I won't go again. The service was great and the cashier was extremely friendly and accommodating (offered me sauces and extra fortune cookies).

Too expensive for what little food you get. Got bigger plate with 2 appetizers, broccoli beef was nasty, only 2 shrimp in spicy sesame chicken, hardly any flavor in pepper premium steak, chicken egg rolls were weird tasting and a bit burned, noodles tasted like Ramen noodles, only decent item was rangoon appetizers (only reason they got 1 star otherwise 0 or negative if i could give them that). 1st time here in Lake Jackson and not going back soon.

Ordered my food through DoorDash called Panda Express to tell them that they didn't put all 3 of my meat choices on my plate the guy that answer the phone hung up and then rice was not cooked all the way

Great Panda Express! Service was eager to please, and the was food fresh and delicious. Been a while since I've had Panda, and this location makes me want to come back. 👍
Edit 2025 this location has dramatically improved, the lady in front and the guys in the back are on it and we had full fresh delicious plates. Now this place is great service. The personal has made it wonderful. We are back but still a little sore from pervious experience. Edit to 2023. We aren't going here anymore. The portions are so minimal and yet they have TV ad on showing food over flowing right in restaurant. My kid cried at his meal. Also food on website shows food better than we received. Save yourself and go to the one in the mall China Max they don't disappoint! Or the buffet down the road. Skip this place they don't do as they say. Also the outside seating got taken up so inside only, can't bring your fur family.

They have the best chicken and string bean meal. The crab raguns are always yummy and so are the spring rolls or the Chicken Egg Rolls and all of the people that work there that I have come in contact with have always been super nice, super helpful and are always smiling and happy to take care of you. I love coming here
