Tried to order new chicken asiago sandwiches but they were out of chicken.

Low displayed bakery goods or selections. Wanted assorted bagel pack and spreads for activity. Broken carring box and said they had no more Had to repeatedly repeat our order. The two counter people struggled to get our order together. The cook or third person has a lot of uncovered beard which wasn’t very appealing. The ceiling above the cash register and counter was peeling and losing texture. How about turning on some outdoor lights to signal they are open for business . We were there at 9 a.m. I have been to Panera Beard all over the US and this facility needs to step it up with service. The food was great but service was lacking.

We found 2 septate beard hairs in our food. 🤢One in my boyfriend's sandwich, the other in my salad. This is why you're supposed to use hair nets. We don't care if you're a manager or not. It's gross.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to eat probably because I love there broccoli cheddar soup and I love bread. If you love soup and sandwiches you should like it.

Travelling from the San Antonio area to Galveston and wanted to stop for lunch. Wanted to try the new dipper sandwich. Bad idea. This place is dirty and in disrepair. The nonexistent customer service was very disappointing. We had to go get our food from the window because there was no one minding the front counter. Don't get me started on the red head who took our order and her bad attitude. Will definitely skip this location next time. Oh and the frech dipper was sad and disappointing also.

I never post bad reviews. I always try and be positive. But sometimes you just need to call people out that obviously don’t care about the actual customer. The manager on November 13th at 6:45pm should learn some customer service skills and learn how to be a MANAGER. I have been sick for the last week and have come to Panera Bread for soup. Almost $10 mind you for soup. Got the same potato soup that I have been getting. Tonight I drag myself out of bed sick, go through drive through and order my potato soup. Get home and my soup is like 99% liquid only. So I drive back up here and want a refund. The manager barely says one word to me. ZERO apology. She did offer another soup but there is no way I’m trusting anyone at that point. Lady LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. You apparently have zero. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for years before college you would not last anywhere I worked with your lack of customer service skill or your vibe. I’m not even as much mad about the soup as I drag myself out of bed sick. I am just beside myself your vibe and literally not an apology or anything.

We walked in and all the both tables were dirty and and about 4 of the single tables were too... only 2 people other than my party were in there, so i cannot see a reason for the 4-5 employees not being able to grab a wipe to clean them.
Great service very friendly as well and food was also tasty. My new favorite lunch spot

This used to be one of my favorite places. I stopped going here and cancelled my sip club subscription because of the decline in service. (And a support email that went ignored.) However, I gave them another chance when I got an offer to do the sip club free for three months, but I ended up keeping it because service seemed to improve. However, I started getting incorrect and slow orders again. Then, my side was left out of my order. They kindly remade my order, and this time... the wrong side. The manager was very nice though, and I appreciated that they tried to address the issue. The service is just really spotty here. Good luck getting an apple with your order. Lol.
The second Panera Bread that treated us like family. Unconditional Love owns this place. The whole staff is amazing! I wish we would've stayed. Thank you all for the warm genuine love and welcome.

The new grilled chicken avocado sandwich needs a redesign. Chopping the chicken makes for a big mess when eating it. Put it in a paper wrap or use sliced chicken. Looks like y’all should have given this a test drive before adding to the menu.
N/A to the atmosphere because I do not go in. I like the drive-through feature and today's worker had a nice professionalism about his customer service skills. I go for myself and my kids when I want something healthy, plus it is tasty. I personally love the tomato soup, though I do like tomatoes so.. you can never go wrong for a hot sandwich of theirs though!
