My family and I came in on 03/10 at around 1pm and I am highly disappointed. The people working at the counter were giggling at a mentally handicapped girl who was trying to order. Then they were too distracted having their own conversation to take our order correctly. They messed up our order twice. Not to mention not a single apology was said. Just rude and disrespectful experience. Food was excellent once our order was correct.

This was a small location, but a good place to stop for a break while travelling. Staff was very friendly. The coffee was excellent and the baked goods much better than a gas station. The place was cozy and clean, including the restroom.

Me and my mother came to this location yesterday just to get some cookies, no one greeted us even tho a lady was at the register. Looking at the cookies they had available my mom noticed black bugs all around and on the cookies. We told the lady at the register and she responded with saying THEY CAN'T HELP THAT!! yes u can help it cover them up so nasty restaurant dirty this location makes Panera Bread look really bad hopefully somebody big within the company reads this review and looks into it. SO DISAPPOINTED

ive never left a review before but this may be the worst Panera Bread in the country. Came early Sat morning, the coffee is Un drinkabl, so bad so I took it back and had them remake my daughters iced coffee. Still not worth the money at all. My hot caramel latte isnt great cannot even taste caramel at all. My daughters breakfast sandwich was burnt. good news my scone was ok. Customer service was ok but looks like one of the personnel has their children with them perhaps why she took 20 min in the drive thru.
