Been ordering here for very long time. No more. Have complained about the quality too many times. Done. Messes up orders comstantly, doughy undercooked pizzas l. And the amount of ingredients has significantly been reduced. It's a joke, don't order extra.. you'll only be charged more.

Papa John’s use to be a quality pizza! It’s just not anymore. I used to go out of my way to get papa John’s. The quality of their food and service has went down hill tremendously!! It’s sad. Greed has got the best of the corporations!! I’m done with them!

So i hate to be this person but i don’t get papa John’s often and the times that i have gotten papa John’s from lake Jackson i have received raw dough on all of my items, i ordered papa bites and a papadilla this time and they were both raw. I would not recommend this place at all

This is the very last time I order from this pathetic company. I’ve had burnt pizza delivered before as well as no pizza delivered when tracking said it was delivered. To top it off, instead of refunding me, they charged me again. I’ll be calling my bank.😡

The pizza I received was very burnt and hard the manager there was very RUDE and condescending. It was an online order and what I didn’t like the most was his tone and response. He said that there is no way that an entire pizza could be burnt. Instead of offering an apology and being polite he decided to chose to be rude instead. I will never give my money to this establishment again. After going back and forth a few minutes he finally told me to bring it back to the store. This defeats the convenience of online ordering.I actually prefer a refund because I don’t trust him making my food over. I reported to corporate he also refused to provide the store number and sarcastically told me it’s the phone number I’m calling. There is a location number and district managers are over each location. But he knows that already.

Ordered 2 pizzas a Shaq and a 3 topping large got home only had 2 toppings and the large pizza was not even cut…. I get home and have a whole pizza…. Didn’t get my garlic sauce nor my pepper either …. Walked in and one guy on his phone…did not acknowledge me what ever…. A young man who came from the back checked me out while the other guy still on his phone and never looked up…. Very disappointed as I have always loved the pizza…

As someone who’s been in the food industry for YEARS, this has got to be the worst pizza place in town. Not only did I place my order at 5pm but I got there at 5:30 and waited inside until 6:45pm. They kept telling me they’re waiting on one more thing when I only ordered bread stick and a pepperoni pizza. Shouldn’t take almost 2 hours to make.
But the hour I waited I witnessed a lot. Employees wiping their eyes, face, arms and then going to make everyone’s pizzas. The lady with the wrist brace probably rubbed her nose before every pizza she topped. The sanitation I witness was nonexistent. I saw people dropping things on the ground and then putting them back on the dressing areas, while they all joked around. I was pissed and annoyed and very disappointed. This was a reminder why I never go to papa John’s. I’ll stick with dominos or Pizza Hut from now on.
