Pizza & cheese sticks have a weird taste. Ordered thin & crispy pizza but it was not crispy at all. Had the greatest pizza from Galveston Pizza Hut a few weeks ago! Ordered the same in lake jackson & was the worst! Will be a while before I go back to this one again.

Today 08/12/2025 at 12:25am , I ordered on line a personal pepperoni pizza with no sauce . The ordered was suppose to be ready by 12:45am . When I got there a female employee said that my order was not ready yet . The time pass by , and I ask the female employee again about my personal pizza. She said it got messed up in the oven , and that I needed to wait 30 more minutes to get one done by the time I got the personal pizza done was until 1:30pm. The pizza was still done wrong . I ordered it with no sauce and it was heavy on the tomatoe sauce . Please , beware and do not come to this Pizza Hut located in Lake Jackson, Texas . They don’t have the man power to run the business . When I went they only had a female and a male employee working and they were both very lazy and unprofessional.

Placed an online order and waited over an hour and a half for our food. When we got to the store, it was clear no one had a clue what was going on. Staff looked completely lost and unorganized. We were told they had to prioritize people who walked in or called, which makes zero sense if you’re encouraging online orders. Terrible experience all around — definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered my wings and pizza to go and picked it up at the counter I opened the containers of wings to be sure they had the right sauce (because I've had an order with the wrong sauce before) I look in and see it hardly had any sauce I tell the girls at the counter and one of them steps up and says rudely stated she made them and there is enough sauce . And they're going to charge me extra for more sauce on these nuggets they were about to serve me.. just before I was about to tell them to just give me my money back she takes the container and adds one scoop of sauce to each of the container that had these plain looking chicken and told me rudely that next time they're charging 1.00 you're going to charge me a dollar for some nuggets that were supposed to have sauce if I wanted nuggets I'd go to McDonald's I'm never going to this place again rude horrible service .

I came in two days ago Teresa the Rgm was running things alone like always the fryer was boiling over she still made her way to serve us with oil every where honestly I have not had bad experience since she been there she the saving grace of Lake Jackson Pizza Hut people post reviews and be lieng through they teeth that pizza and that lady is blessing for that building I remember a really short guy a while ago he cursed me out was very disrespectful But Teresa she makes you feel like Family hard working woman hold on to her !

Absolutely no communication. Ordered the cheesy bites pizza with ranch flight. The pizza was weirdly disproportionate, with one side being mostly dough and the other thinner than the thinnest crust. The three ranches that are supposed to come with this pizza (ultimate, chipotle and pepperoni) did not turn up. Just regular ranch and some marinara. Also ordered apple pies. They also didn't turn up, just some overcooked, hard, brownie bites. There was no communication about substitutions if something was out of stock. I wasted over $30 on a meal we ate less than half of. If I knew the sauces and the apple pies were out of stock, I'd have just cancelled the order. Don't bother with this location unless you're fine with whatever they fancy giving you, whether you want it or not.

Teresa, our server, was awesome. She was very friendly and attentive and when we had a issue with the drink being flat she handled it quickly with no hesitation.
