I was only stopping by to place a to go order, but once I was greeted at the door I decided to dine in. The customer service and the time it took me to get my food was amazing. The food here is also amazing. It felt like this place had waitresses the way they continued to check on me and other customers at our tables. Definitely 10/10. I will be back really soon.

Black lady that was my cashier around 12:30 pm on Tuesday September 30th had a very rude attitude and had her phone out all on one of the tables . VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas- one was a meat lovers and there was barely any meat on there and hardly any sauce it was so dry, and we were charged 26$ the other pizza was a large stuffed crust with jalepenos and pepperoni, also dry and barely any cheese on either and this one was 22$. Got a 2 liter and the total was over 60$. Seems like they either don’t care or they don’t have enough ingredients and toppings. I will never return and suggest dominoes bc they have the ingredients and they actually put them on the pizza.

This was hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order on 3/28/25 at 6:55 PM with a 35-minute wait time. After waiting at home for 20 minutes, I drove to the store only to be told it would be another hour before my order was ready. When I asked to cancel, I was told it was already in the oven. I ended up waiting in the store for 56 more minutes and didn’t get home until 8:22 PM. The woman at the register apologized and said she would add a $10 credit to my account, but that credit was never applied.

When I finally got home, I discovered that my pepperoni pizza had been replaced with a supreme pizza—something I don’t eat. I had to throw it away and had breadsticks for dinner instead.

Since that night, I’ve reached out to Pizza Hut through their customer service chat three times, emailed, and submitted their online complaint form—all with delayed response. The message was sent to the store manager, Teresa, who hasn't taken a customer service course in her life.

When I spoke with Teresa today, she was shockingly rude. She cut me off, told me “if you bring the pizza back, I’ll refund you,” and claimed there was no one above her at Pizza Hut. She offered no help, no apology, and no accountability.

This isn’t about the $15—I could have let it go. It’s about being completely ignored, disrespected, and treated like my time and experience didn’t matter. Pizza Hut clearly does not care about their customers. Their staff can’t fulfill basic orders, and their “support” channels are just black holes.

I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and I strongly advise others to do the same. If this is how they treat loyal customers, they don’t deserve the business.

May 5, 2025 - I have sent two emails (April 14, 2025 and April 23, 2025) to the address that replied to my email with no response. I have included the screenshot of these as well. I continue to be ghosted by this company.

Pizza & cheese sticks have a weird taste. Ordered thin & crispy pizza but it was not crispy at all. Had the greatest pizza from Galveston Pizza Hut a few weeks ago! Ordered the same in lake jackson & was the worst! Will be a while before I go back to this one again.

Today 08/12/2025 at 12:25am , I ordered on line a personal pepperoni pizza with no sauce . The ordered was suppose to be ready by 12:45am . When I got there a female employee said that my order was not ready yet . The time pass by , and I ask the female employee again about my personal pizza. She said it got messed up in the oven , and that I needed to wait 30 more minutes to get one done by the time I got the personal pizza done was until 1:30pm. The pizza was still done wrong . I ordered it with no sauce and it was heavy on the tomatoe sauce .
Please , beware and do not come to this Pizza Hut located in Lake Jackson, Texas .
They don’t have the man power to run the business . When I went they only had a female and a male employee working and they were both very lazy and unprofessional.

Placed an online order and waited over an hour and a half for our food. When we got to the store, it was clear no one had a clue what was going on. Staff looked completely lost and unorganized. We were told they had to prioritize people who walked in or called, which makes zero sense if you’re encouraging online orders. Terrible experience all around — definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
