The customer service is super good, they are super friendly, the atmosphere is also nice and quiet, but the food is certainly delicious but leaves something to be desired, although I recommend the bobba tea, it is very good.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Food was either reheated or microwaved because it was not hot when I ate it. The chicken had a weird chewy consistency not normal. Any random buffet would have better quality food. It's sad that I had to throw away $70. Worth of food

Ordered egg rolls for take out. Thought I'd try them once more. Again, yuck. Greasy, mushy, no freshness to them at all. Asked for hot mustard and received 1tiny little container for 6 egg rolls. Won't be going back. ?

Was told after I ordered and ate my meal that they couldn’t accept my gift card. Waitress was unprofessional when I told her I wanted to pay with gift card instead of my debit card. The manager was no help and said the owner was going to call me about it. According to them it has been out for months but they do not give a heads up before payment. Still no contact from the owner..
I guess the service is Ok, it's just really bad cuisine.

Dirty looks as I open the door, always poor service when we eat there, if we get service at all, we had 3 waitresses wait on us and still had to ask for refills. I'll door dash it from now on.

if I could I would give zero stars. this is my first time writing a review because usually I wouldn't bother even if the food or service was terrible. I went there to eat out for my birthday because I saw they had pho and I have been missing home and my Ba'noi's pho. the appetisers were ok but the eggrolls were overwhelmingly greasy. when the pho came out I was instantly disappointed. the both was obviously watery and the meat was chunky. true pho beef is sliced thinly so that it can be cooked by the hot broth. their noodles were over cooked and felt disgusting. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. their menu said their pho was authentic so I trusted that it would be. I also order the lemongrass chicken and it was like eating rubber. I was severely disappointed and my day felt ruined and I miss home even more now. also a pair of chopsticks from the table were mouldy and my little brother didn't know because he's never had to see mould before. I spent $202 for bad food.

DOESN'T SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY AFTER WE WERE SLAMMED BY HURRICANE BERYL!!
After a long long day of hurricane clean up, I called here to see if they were open and they were. So I got together the orders for me and the volunteers that helped with clean up and called them back and placed my order. It was 4 entrees and 3 appetizers. Was told it'd be ready in 20-25 minutes. Got there about half hour later to be given a total which I paid. Then I told oh wait it looks like we didn't have some of your items after all.
Was it missing an appetizer? Two appetizers? Maybe an entree????
Nope. It was missing 3 ENTREES and an appetizer. So they only gave me 1 meal and 2 appetizers. I didn't know about you but that won't feed 4 people and especially won't feed 3 guys in their twenties. I asked why no one called to say they were out of all of that and offer us alternatives. The manager gave excuses left and right. I asked if they can make something else then and was told the kitchen was closed. There was no sorry, no let me give you a discount for your trouble and the fact that 75% of your order wasn't there and 75% of you have no meal.
LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
March 2023 I just had surgery and had cancer removed from my nose and had it reconstructed. So after a long day my friend said that they would pick up some Shanghai for me on the way from lake Jackson to Surfside Beach. I placed the order and asked to pay for it so my friends could pick it up and was told that there was absolutely no way I can pay for it over the phone or online. My friends would have to pay in person. Needless to say I was not going to have them do that because they didn't have the money for it and were kind of enough to bring me the food. So I had to drive over there pay for it myself and bring it back. When I complained they're like. Oh well.
I've worked in retail before. I know your system has the ability to punch in a person's credit card numbers and CVV when the card swipe doesn't work or there's something that's not working correctly on the card. So you cannot tell me that it couldn't be done. Maybe you just didn't want to do it. I don't know. Not very happy obviously.
