Extremely long wait times if dining in, it would be quicker to doordash to your house. Our main meal was delicious, as always. However, the dumplings as an appetizer were flavorless and bland. Our sauce bowls were served dirty with some residual rice from the customer that had them last.Great food, but I would recommend getting delivery or take out.

The 2 stars are for online ordering. The online ordering does not work! Received a text that my order was ready and the restaurant could not locate it at first. Had to wait for it to be prepared.Usually the restaurant, staff and service are excellent. But online ordering needs to be fixed.

Quality of food has definitely declined. We have not dined at Shaghi Restaurant in a couple of month and won't be back anytime soon. Our entrée(s) were served first, soup and egg rolls a few minutes later. Totally disorganized. The hot and sour soup was slightly warm at best and thick (not very good). The egg rolls were tasteless. The entrees General Tso'c Chicken was over cooked and tough, and not very tasty. The Five (can't remember name) with chicken, pork, beef, and tofu was tasteless and runny. Oh, yes the lettuce wraps were a disappointment too. There is definite a decline in the quality of the preparation of the food. Will not be returning anytime soon.

the flavor of the foe was Pho and egg rolls were delicious. the service was wonderful. however two things. one the beef in the Pho was as tough as shoe leather. I also think their egg drop soup could use some flavor. 2nd management needs to work on some simple little things, like new menu covers & fixing the table feet. (that was a stack of 6 or 8 cardboard coasters and the edges we're all nasty where they have been mopped around)

They waitresses don’t know the ingredients, I specifically asked vegetarian foods, the hot and sour soup said to tofu only but I realized it has more, the waitress confirmed it’s tofu, I called manager, she said it contains pork, I felt like throwing, l immediately left the restaurant after paying.

Standout dishes include salt and pepper chicken and general tso’s chicken. Prices are very reasonable, making it a great choice for those seeking quality Chinese cuisine in a relaxed setting.

It's a cute place to eat! Prompt and friendly service and large portions. Located near our neighborhood , well within walking distance, we will be coming back and often.Wheelchair accessibility: Level flooring. All one floor. Ramps to everywhere.

Ok - the worst Chinese food we've ever had. We got $70 worth of take out. My husband just got home with it, and EVERYTHING is cold. Not just not "warm"... But actually COLD. The orange chicken and lemon chicken just tastes like butter, and the pepper steak is foul. It's chewy and gummy with no flavor. The wonton soup tastes like tea (that's the only way we can describe it). The egg rolls were pretty good but holy moley this food was bad. 5 of us eating it, and all 5 agreed. What a waste of money. Super disappointed. Told us we can get a refund if we bring the food back.... But it's in the garbage. So we're not digging it out to drive over there again.
