Service has completely gone downhill. I've been a loyal customer for years. Not sure who is running this place, but they need to do better. Augmentative, unprofesionalism and careless. I typically don't leave bad reviews, but this is absurd. Get it together SMOOTHIE KING. We will be taking our services elsewhere.

Visiting from New Jersey for a week first thing I noticed upon walking and was the front glass doors were extremely dirty with fingerprints everywhere didn’t help when I walked in all employees looking at their phones and standing around. Looking down at phones like robots Nobody said hi to me when I walked in. Nobody said anything When I approached the cashier to order, she was looking down at her phone scrolling, but then when I got her attention, she was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to them, making my shake nobody wash their hands, and I saw another worker scratch his head and coughing his hand and still didn’t wash his hands Even though the one that coughed in his hands wasn’t preparing my drink. I just couldn’t imagine what more they don’t do It’s like social hour at this place. They’re all standing around just talking and being young kids not a good look for this franchise and it starts with the door being extremely dirty with fingerprints everywhere.

We came in to order smoothies and we got our order but one of the smoothies didn’t look right so my fiancé went back up there and told them and whoever the workers are that are working today were rude they kept trying to tell she was wrong that they made just how it was supposed to be made but it didn’t taste good at all and had green stuff in it

I wouldn't rate not even a star ! I had an unpleasant experience this past week. I work at Walmart & on my lunch I decided to order a Shake and Trail mix through the app . I literally spent almost $30 on those 2 things with all the add ons on my shake Everytime I've ordered from Smoothie king I always tip , Always . so I got there it was Ready to go awesome . Mind you I was on my phone at same time and had to go make a stop at the mall . On my way getting back to work I realized I was missing the Trail mix . I go back & there was these 2 girl employee's just standing there talking . I said I didn't get my trail mix . One of The girls there w/ Blue eyes says oh you can just go grab it ? I said okay well I would think it would be with my shake when we pick up . She said oh no sometimes we forget . In my opinion for one I'm picking up 2- I'm tipping it's their job to make sure we get what we order . I didn't even know where the trail mix were I went to the wall looking around and the other girl said it's over here and I grabbed it and walked out . I was in disbelief Never again am I going back !! Worst experience I've had .
