Lake Jackson sonic needs to teach their employees better. I asked for my meals to be sonic sized. Got to the window and the employee tried to hand me a medium. Had to remind her I asked for everything to be sonic sized and she responded back with what is sonic size. Get home and everything else was in a small size not large like I asked.

Super rude person taking our order, couldn't tell if it was a man or a woman, or a man trying to be a woman. The food made my stomach hurt but was good initially. We almost got away with not paying but they came out last decision and our driver decided to pay.

I love Sonic but my order was wrong! I ordered 2 cheese burgers with no onions and they had onions and my drink was a Dr pepper not a coke :(

I have been through the drive-thru twice now and I have sat there each time for about 10 minutes and nobody is coming over the intercom to take my order. I have had to drive up to the drive-thru window and place my order but yet everybody else in front of me and behind me has had no problem.
Servers are quick and personable, but this location specifically is dropping the ball on at least one thing each time I come here.Tonight was no sauces at all for any of mine family's items.Other times it's missing a item or two.I'm only one person and checking throughout the bags for everyone isn't exactly easy.Gonna stick to Clute Sonic from now on.
