they shut down the good Starbucks in Freeport and left this abomination. 25 minutes for a cold brew, the employees are just hanging out and chatting. Manager just walking around with an iPad. What a joke of a store

Super slow all the time, mixes up orders, bathrooms are always disgusting, like never cleaned. Ordered the Dubai drink and it looked nothing like the picture. Had zero matcha in it

Disappointing experience at Starbucks today. Ordered a venti iced matcha latte with extra matcha and was shocked to find my cup filled more with ice than the actual drink. Paid almost $8 for a cup of ice and barely any matcha flavor. Not what I expected, especially considering the extra charge for extra matcha. Would appreciate more attention to drink preparation. I get it’s “iced” but there’s common sense. How are you going to fill any drink with almost ice to the top and not the actual drink?!

This store is super clean and the staff here are awesome. The Manager here now is doing a great job with this store. She is very active with her employees and with us customers. I love to see that. What ever she is doing please keep up the great work because it definitely shows.

Always busy but that’s to be expected due to the convenient location. Drive thru still always moves super fast!!! Always friendly service, even when you can tell they’re busy or shorthanded. Iced brown sugar oatmilk espresso is always spot on. Any time I make a drink run for work everyone is super pleased with their (very… particular) orders
