Friendly staff, always fresh foods, that boss sub tastes so much like a pizza when on y'all's Italian herb and cheese. Plus that churro could have been better with just a little more cinnamon, yet was still delicious. I would have gotten that food long cookie if I had enough to spare. But sadly I didn't, maybe next time. Keep up the good work.

Food was good. For some reason this location doesn't have black olives as the other Subway locations do. Service was adequate but not as eager to serve the customers as one would have liked but it was still ok. Atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Clean restaurant as well

There was only one guy working and 2 people in front of me and he is the most unfriendly person I've seen. He had long scraggly hair and a beard with no net . Nasty looking. He never even spoke one word to me. A girl finally came out of back and finally took my order. It took abut 20 minutes to get my food. Subway really should make them wear hair nets.

During my visit this afternoon, I was very pleased with the service I got. Shout out to Charles, at this store in Lake Jackson Tx. He is an excellent worker, even with the stress of being really busy, he still maintained a positive professional attitude. I think there should be a lot more workers like Charles in the workforce, people like him is what makes America great! The food was great, and the customer service was even better!

The food quality has decreased. Four small tomato slices. Lettuce placed one inch from the end of the bun. No olives. Way too much mustard. Too much cheese. Won't be eating here again.

Went in no one in line the girl was making a to go order never looked up to say I will be with you in a minute, finally the other girl came to take my order 1st thing said subway did away with swiss ok then go to vegetables they looked bad she then told me subway did away with olives also paid looked in bag no napkins looked around by drink area she sees me looking doesnt offer help so I asked her dd subway do away with napkins she handed me one. Bread is dry not fresh guess I am one more thing Subway can do without.

What happened to this location? Everything used to be great here...but today we ordered 3 subs on the app and picked up. Old, dry bread...out of Tuna, Provolone and Black Olives and then they loaded up tomatoes on one sub that wasn't supposed to have any at all. And both of our #11s were very skimped on with the meat. Seems maybe they didn't wanna run out of those too. I hate to leave bad FB but this is the 2nd time we've gotten super dry bread that's so bad it crumbles when you try to handle it. I gave 2 stars because a girl did call to let me know they were out of the Tuna.

I am once again super disappointed from yet another Subway. Why do all Subways seem to run out of the best bead ever?!?! In my case, the Italian herbs are cheese... So anyways... I ordered from the app.... step 1 mistake... I ordered it for 4:30 pm... I get there, and she tells me that they are out of the Italian Herb and cheese... but it was cooking and I said that's fine... I will come back after my shopping theat I was going to do after... when I got back, they had the bread, and I was happy about that... but then we went to make the sandwiches I ordered 2 hours ago... and they didn't have the Teriyaki chicken I ordered... no big deal as the had rotisserie chicken I decided would work... then their lettuce was looking a little browning... they barely had any spinach... the onions looked like the skins and ends... and the cucumbers looked like they were frozen ? I made something work but then we get to the other sandwiche and they didn't have turkey ? this isn't the 1st subway to do this to me and I'm not sure I can take it anymore. Also... I'm not sure if this is a hard thing to concept... but I also had asked for all my things for one of my sandwiches to be separate as I wanted to have it the next day... and she seemed so confused about how to do this... ??‍♀️ I am glad that experience was over, lolTho, the girls were super nice... too bad they weren't set up for success.

When it came to putting vegetables on my sub they didnt have barely any to offer on a day they should have expected to be busy since it was a holiday. Then when i asked the gentleman who was making my sub for guacamole he said he would of had to put it on there first. When i asked if he could still just put it on there since he only put lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes on, all things he could have move to the other side of my sandwich and still giving me the guacamole i asked for he just repeated the fact that it would have had to go on the sub first indicating he was not going to put it on there for me. I did not appreciate the service i got and when the credit card reader asked if i was going to leave a tip and i pressed no his whole demeanor changed to an attitude, i will not be going back to this location!
