Since we don't have one in bay city tx. Me and my friend were very happy. To see one in Lake Jackson tx we took that opportunity to eat there. It's was awesome. Wish it makes a come back to BC TX.Parking: Good
This new Taco Bell in Freeport is really clean, the food is delicious, atmosphere and customer service are all great overall the restaurant is really great. Go and try this restaurant out!

I can’t say recently I have had any good experiences at this Taco Bell. I came in for an order today that I ordered online. The order said it was ready 30 minutes prior to it being in my hands. While waiting confused I asked an employee to help and he then asked a white plumper lady if my order was coming she then told me that I messed up. And that my order wasn’t through to her side on the screen. The employee then went to her screen and pointed out my order showing her she was infact wrong. She then which I can only assume out of spite waited to make my order and took anyone that had ordered after me to priority. While mumbling under her breath when I had checked up 15 minutes later. 45 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. I had my food greeted to me by being slammed on the counter and her angrily walking away. To the taller employee you were a massive help. But the lady I described who I think might’ve been a manager, was rude, unprofessional, and very lackluster.

If you eat in, the food is great, but when you order to go, check food before leaving. We ordered the Supreme Nacho in (get and filling) and later order drive thru. Wow what a difference. Barely any cheese or topping. More chips than anything else, but yesterday went and ordered the same and lots of toppings.

They were quick and courteous. Not knocking the food, it was good, just skimped on the meat at this location.Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly option here is the protein (power? ) bowls. Nix the beans and rice, and double up on the meat. Only about 5g carbs.

Twice in a row, NO HOT SAUCE INCLUDED, AS ORDERED. Bland without taco sauce & these dumb gringos or cheapass pochos don't include the 10-cent hotsauce even if ya order it.Vegetarian options: Disgusting processed cheeses are on EVERYTHING.
