On saturday night the host that told us our wait time, I think MÃ cknlye was super understanding and help accommodate a good seating area for my disabled dad. She was super nice and helpful and definitely want to experience this type of service again!

Twice I have been to the same Roadhouse for the Prime Rib and Twice I was told that they had burned it so bad that they were not going to serve it. Wound up with just another steak. Lake Jackson needs to get their act together!

I have always had great experiences at Texas Roadhouse, which is why I waited three weeks before writing this review. I rarely leave reviews, but my most recent visit was disappointing enough that I feel it needs to be shared. Our waitress, Haley N., was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our meal. She was frequently on her phone and openly gossiping about other patrons with fellow servers, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness as a customer. This behavior does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect from Texas Roadhouse. As a parent, I am especially disappointed and will not be returning with my children while this type of behavior is tolerated. I hope management addresses this, as it detracts significantly from an otherwise well-regarded establishment.
First time ordering curbside and the order was wrong, staff didn’t quite understand the difference between what I ordered vs what i received but management was able to help, only the replacement wasn’t right either. By the time we got back home the rest of the food was cold, so just not a great experience overall.

I will never understand why tx roadhouse gets a bad rap on social media. I have never had a bad experience here at any location. It may not be a Perry's steakhouse but neither is the price. I love this place. And it's upbeat and can make a bad day good.

Love TX Road House. We go a lot, but this trip was for my daughter's birthday and they never sang to her 😢. We were really disappointed. But the food was good like always, and the service was good.

I ordered online on 8/8/25, and when I got home, I found that my side order of rice was missing and that one of the steaks was well done when it should have been medium. This is the second time that the Lake Jackson location has neglected to give me rice. I also live about 25 minutes away, so driving all the way back to the restaurant to complain and then home again would be very inconvenient. So yeah ... very disappointed.
