Let me start by saying the staff was amazing and we didn't order steaks. Which might have been our mistake. We ordered the chicken fried steak and it was so salty, it was just awful.The appetizer was even worse we sent it back. I doubt we will ever go back but if we do. We will order a steak.

Unfortunately this was second time in last two weeks to dine in your place. Last time your kitchen was so backed up we couldn't get an order Togo. Bartender was apologetic but that was it. Tonight Friday 29th he tells us the kitchen is on top of their game.Ordered Ribeye and Caesar Salad. Salad and Steak came out together. Your kitchen is poorly trained and your expeditor has no clue about food timing.Save your canned response as it it pointless since you all need retraining in how food should flow.

Food is always great @ TR...it was so so at this location..took our order they were out of 2 diff beers we wanted....Ordered fried pickles as appetizer...never got it...Friend ordered a ribeye..2 mins later...um were out of steaks...how is a steak house out of steak lol...Then she disappears after our food came, which was 45 mins...So I'll give it the benefit of the doubt...maybe I caught it on a bad day...Give it 3 ?

A popular steak house. Friendly, courteous staff (usually) and tasty food. My regular go-to place for steak, baked potato, etc.Parking: Restaurant is just inside the main entrance to the mall. There is plenty of parking but you may have to walk a bit during busy shopping times.Wheelchair accessibility: Several handicap parking spaces and easy wheelchair access.
