To be fair 3 stars because I should have know what I was getting into. Basically premade bagged, fast food. It wouldn't be fair if I gave 1 star overall because this is a fast food type chain so it is what it is. Tastes like Taco Bell quality and we all know how that tastes. If you like fast food then you may LOVE this place. It is NOT homemade and the lettuce has that premade bagged flavor. I was so excited when this place opened in LJ!! From the grand opening to today, I’ve always had great service! They engage with the community, are friendly and super helpful with my dietary challenges! The owner Josh and his amazing assistant manager Callie always make my mornings brighter and helps start my day off right! Go check them out!!
So I was pretty tired from riding my 10 speed and decided to check out this Tropical Smoothy establishment and they were super kind allowing Mr to bring my bike in while I ate. The beautiful ladies behind the counter were kind, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and customer oriented. The place was exceptionally clean.
