I’m here every week, sometimes twice a week. I do my grocery shopping at HEB during lunch and this makes the most sense to stop here on the way out.
This is by far one of the worst Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to. The food is usually decent, but the time and the service is always absolute crap. The employees are always short and rude, slow, and interrupting while ordering in the drive thru, and still make you repeat yourself several times. If you go inside, prepare to be completely ignored at the counter while you watch several new orders be taken and processed in the drive thru.
Avoid it, unless you’re in a hurry and want reminded that fast food sucks and it wasn’t any faster than going out of your way to go anywhere else.

When I spend my hard earned money to eat out. I'm not paying for any cold or Luke warm food. They handed me warm fries. I asked for hot fries and the Hispanic lady at the window seemed upset I didn't want to take the old fries. Smh customer services sucks nowadays everywhere damn near. When ever I call them, they are rude and they do hung up on your face. They dont not think about their neighboring business as they cant take the order on call and come and pay the order as the store cannot be shut Thats rude towards the neighbors

All I can say is DO NOT GO THERE! The hamburger was dry, cold, and tasteless, the fries were old and cold. Two cars in the drive thru and it took forever to get my food. All the previous reviews are spot-on.
This location sucks, just drive to Angleton. Staff is always rude, Coke Freestyle machine is never on, constantly understaffed. (I understand that's not necessarily their fault but it's still a downside that needs to be noted)

My burger was completely raw, didn’t notice after 2 bites when I saw it was so rubbery but at the same time cold. I’m pregnant & I don’t think they have any idea of how dangerous this is since they just offered to make a new one, no apologizing no nothing. I tried to give this place a second opportunity after a year but I will never come back after this. I will definitely be contacting you guys back if I get sick.

We took our grandaughter there it was around 8pm and we ordered and the chicken and French fries we ordered were already ready!!! I told the lady there is no way that food is fresh , she told me “it’s just chicken and fries”. I asked her to make new fries at least they were way worse than the chicken. Very sad . I looked in the restaurant and two employees just leaning on the equipment. You have time to lean , you have time to clean. Awful , this generation has Zero work ethic !
Vegetarian options: Never go there , they need to drug test the older lady on night shift

Haven't been in a while and probably won't go back again. Waited about 15 minutes one time and I said I wouldn't go back. Tried to go back today and that turned out stupid. People just don't want to be nice and do their jobs. If you have rude workers, you will not have good customers.
