Ordered at drive thru this evening. My older daughters burger was wrong, after confirming twice with the woman taking the order. They remade it. Got home and my 4 year old took a bite of her nugget and started crying. They made her nugget meal with spicy nuggets. They were spicey for me. Can't imagine how hot it was for her. Beyond that, the nuggets were old and cold. Tried calling the store but no one answered the phone. I hope they didn't torture anyone else's toddler tonight.

THERE IS A HORSE IN THERE. DO NOT PET HIM, HE BITES REALLY HARD. I do t know why there is a horse in there, but he's ALWAYS there. Maybe it's a pet of one of the employees, but I was in there and asked the cashier if I his horse bites, and he said no so I petted it and it bit me really hard and then the cashier said it wasn't his horse 😭😭😭

I’m here every week, sometimes twice a week. I do my grocery shopping at HEB during lunch and this makes the most sense to stop here on the way out.
This is by far one of the worst Wendy’s locations I’ve ever been to. The food is usually decent, but the time and the service is always absolute crap. The employees are always short and rude, slow, and interrupting while ordering in the drive thru, and still make you repeat yourself several times. If you go inside, prepare to be completely ignored at the counter while you watch several new orders be taken and processed in the drive thru.
Avoid it, unless you’re in a hurry and want reminded that fast food sucks and it wasn’t any faster than going out of your way to go anywhere else.

I asked for hot fries and the Hispanic lady at the window seemed upset I didn't want to take the old fries. Smh customer services sucks nowadays everywhere damn near. When ever I call them, they are rude and they do hung up on your face. They dont not think about their neighboring business as they cant take the order on call and come and pay the order as the store cannot be shut Thats rude towards the neighbors
