If you have a small child who needs a diaper change they do not have a changing table in the restroom . Very inconvenient.

Lake Jackson location, has good employees everyrime I come through from Houston I stop , the burgers are always HOT and fresh and the fajita chicken tacos everything is fresh it made take a extra few minutes but it's worth the weight thanks CASHIER - Jesse B

My husband went & got us food and when they took his order they was rude and rushing already. Get home and the fries are raw still. Not cooked all the way. Called up there asked for the manager and she said there’s nothing they can do if the chicken was cooked all the way through & was rude. The manager‘s name was Lupita. If you don’t like your job, get a new one it cost nothing to be nice. I usually don’t do things like this but we pay for the food so we expect the food to be cooked all the way. I never go out to eat anymore and this is why, customer service is poor along with the food! Order # 528413.

One of the worst locations in the area there is a ton of poeoke but the dining room stays disgusting and the food is always wrong if not cold front cashier has trouble putting orders in correctly even after repeating but just because your receipt is right does not mean your food will be but do make sure your receipt is right
