I ordered a burger to my house and there was a hair and the whole burger is wrong i ordered a normal triple meat burger with no onions and no mustard and it came with triple meat mayo onions jalapenos and a hair utterly disappointed

We frequent Whataburger Lake Jackson alot, the service has gone down hill these past few months. This morning I ordered a Breakfast burger with no bun, usually the burger will come constructed as a burger just no bun, today the cheese was on the tray melted and we were missing all of our hashbrowns. I called and had to talk to the manager to get it remade with him saying "We will do this, this ONE time" since it was after 11....not my problem. Got the remade home only to notice neither had a burger patty!!! Neatless to say, we will not be returning to this location.

The burgers are on par with mcdonalds. But the service we got and the convenience of them being open at the time we were there was what mattered most.
I am no longer going to Whataburger. I might go for the breakfast bowl. Those are actually pretty decent. The quality of the food in all the Whataburgers has dropped so far down it's disgusting. The fries taste off the burger patties are so thin it's almost non existent. And the chicken strips are half the size they used to be.

They always take forever at this location to make your order. Even though they have like 6+ people working nothing ever gets done on time or in timely manner. Placing an order online just to get to the restaurant and waiting 20+ minutes is ridiculously annoying. Do better LJ

Workers there at night 2:00 am are incompetent and don't know how to do their job. Forgot my burger main part of my meal! Ordered that and fries with sauce. They forgot the sauce too and somehow the fries were soggy and wet.
Burger was warm. Otherwise it was ok.
