Always great food and good prices
Ice cream is delicious. So many options.
Good burger but the dining area is too small. You are setting too close to the people in the next table. They are trying to serve more than will fit in the small area. The burger was good but will not go back as I did not enjoy eating with others almost touching me at the next table.
i usually just get ice cream from here pretty occasionally and no complaints but every time i come here the drive through workers are SO RUDE. i am greeted with what can i get started for you then after that it’s just “what else. what else. what else. next window. “ no total or anything i am also a teenager and work fast food and if any of us ever took someone’s order like that there would 100% be consequences because where is the customer service? then at the window it’ll be “11.29” or whatever it be then the window is shut on you. THEN at the second window the food is just shoved in your face no have a nice day or anything. i love the food honestly but its so annoying having everyone be flat out rude every time visit i have.
Braum's is always good. I got a chocolate shake. They also have really good hamburgers, fries, and chicken strips that taste way better than the others make (not mentioning names). And they have sundaes and other great things to eat and it won't break the bank.

I am writing to formally express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the level of service and quality I have consistently received at your Lake Worth, Texas restaurant. It seems that with every visit, there is always something wrong with my order, and the behavior of the staff continues to be unacceptable and progressively worse. I am deeply disappointed by the negative experiences I’ve encountered, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention in hopes that you can address these concerns.
On my most recent visit, I purchased a yogurt and a cheeseburger. When I requested that the yogurt be served in a cup, the employee handed me my order with an unprofessional attitude, stating "OK" in a dismissive tone. To my surprise, the yogurt portion was extremely small, and the employee claimed that the cup size was the reason for this. However, the cup he used was unusually small, which seemed to be an attempt to cover up the fact that the yogurt portion was not consistent with what I have received on previous occasions. I believe this to be a dishonest misrepresentation of your standard portion sizes.
Furthermore, when I inspected my cheeseburger, I was horrified to find that it was soggy and appeared to have been handled improperly. The burger had an imprint of a thumb on it, which gave me the disturbing impression that the employee had purposely mishandled the food. In addition, the burger seemed unusually wet, and while I cannot prove it, it resembled the condition it would have been in had someone spat on it. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary.
After this, I went inside to speak with the manager on duty, Shelby. While she did offer a refund for my meal, I expressed my concerns that this issue has been recurring, and asked what kind of coaching or training would be provided to prevent these incidents in the future. Unfortunately, she appeared confused and disinterested, and did not offer any clear response or solution to the problem. It was clear that she was not prepared to handle the situation or address my concerns in a professional manner.
I want to be very clear that this experience has left me not only frustrated, but also disgusted. The combination of poor food quality, the snarky attitude of the staff, and the lack of effective management oversight has made me question whether I want to continue frequenting this location at all. To make matters worse, the experience made me physically ill, and I had to leave the establishment feeling nauseous and upset. I ultimately had to dispose of the remaining food I purchased, as I could not bring myself to eat it.
This is not the first time I have had issues with this location, and I feel that my concerns have been ignored far too often. I trust that Braum's values its customers and their feedback, and I hope that this matter will be investigated and addressed accordingly. I would appreciate a response outlining the steps you will take to ensure that these issues do not persist.

Expired products in the store. Food was sloppy amd tasted microwaved. Not sure what's happened at this location but it's nothing like what it used to be.
I don't recall ever getting a banana split like this. 🤔 I'm getting bummed out every time I go.

I love their ice cream choices. Their burgers are ok at best but their fries and chicken tenders are killer. I prefer to buy the ice cream pints to go because the generosity of the ice cream server varies from one day to the next. Sometimes they pack as much as they can into the scooper, other times they give you one literal scoop, below the cone or cup.

Great place for hamburgers, the old-fashioned way. The go-to place for ice cream and dairy products. Good service too.
