How about if you are going to send notifications, you make sure people can read them! They are always too long, and if I push to read, it dissappears.

Me and my family always come here we never had a bad experience until today, when we ordered 3 drinks during happy hour, the lady said okay is you order complete please pull forward. We did the young man at the window, give us our straws, then he handed me 2 drinks and I said, I ordered 3 drinks and he goes well , I was only communicated 2 and I was like. Well, that's not what I told the lady and he goes well, I'll be another $6 for that third drink and I was like no, we were told one thing and came up gave us a total so then I pulled around and I called and the lady who answered the phone, said the same thing that is not right. And that's not good customer service.

We always love coming here, especially for happy hour from 2:00 to 4:00. It's such a good deal to get a huge drink for like $2. Sometimes some of the people that take our order are a little bit snarky and sassy and just trying I guess to get through their day. But other than that we love coming here

Ashley, the manager has been so helpful with resolving a gift card issue from another location. She went above and beyond to assist and we are so appreciative of her kindness!

Definitely recommended getting the app makes ordering fast convenient and easy. You get the most bang for your buck allong with quality. Will 100% be ordering more teas and excited to try the coffees.

Yes very Disappointed at the lakeworth tea...me and my 4 Grandchildren went yesterday for half price tea...my app said I had to update i was going to use my points coworkers said I wasn't on the app on the website instead...30 minutes hhad gone by at this point my drinks melting to water...I told them I would just pay and forget the app..then they had the manager come look at my phone and she's like we'll you can scan this bar-code and reach out to corporate...finally I said keep the tea as and trash it...the right thing to do after 30 minutes passing by any other manger would of said it's ok contact the corporate office...but not these people I had 4 sad little girls...will not comeback to this place again!!

HTeaO is always the best place for tea, they have so many flavors and you can mix whichever ones you want. If you go in the store , you can sample tea to figure out which one you like.
