Today I made an order that was $25.83 and I handed the cashier Staycia(sorry if I am totally spelling your name wrong) $45.00 not realizing I did. She could have taken the extra $20.00 easy and I wouldn't have known. However instead she returned it to me and told me to be careful with my money. Its people like you that we need in this world that really make a difference. Your personality was incredible and you had such beautiful smile! Keep doing what you are doing you are great at your job! Little Caesars Management team you got an incredible person that represents your company right! Give her a raise or something!

I spend a lot of money up here in 1 year and today 8/29/2025 this lady named Diseree W. Was super rude when I asked her to cut up my pizza a little more since I have small kids with me that dont need huge slices. She said I should have told her in the beginning before I placed my order because they had a lot of orders to do but they where not even that backed up and only took 5 seconds to cut pizza up a little more.

Ordered at drive thru, asked for a hot n ready... Cashier takes my card and says to drive around and it'll be ready. Why not let me know they don't have them made? I drive around and surprise it's still not ready... I decide to wait at the drive thru, worker comes to the window and says I need to move because their timer is going up. Second worker comes and says I need to move, I let her know her co-worker didn't mention being out of hot n ready's, I decide to wait at the window, and then second worker offers me a refund because they can't have me waiting. Why not be upfront with the customers?

I just went through the drive-through to get a cheese pizza. There was no cheese on the pizza so I decided to call the representative. She answered the phone and says oh it’s because we’re running low on cheese. I told her that does not make any sense. there should be a certain amount of cheese that you are putting on all pieces she said if I get a different kind, it probably would be more cheese. I told her also that did not make sense. She say OK well, you can call the manager tomorrow to replace your order. Don’t go here today. I’m advising Shop here tomorrow because she sounds completely clueless and the conversation went left. I am very unsatisfied and I’ve been going to this place for two years and I’ve never had an issue. This was so terrible. I had to do a review and I cannot wait to talk to the manager tomorrow

I called in an Order while I ordered four pizzas two of them with extra cheese and added jalapeños to one the girls English was broken and understanding me was difficult for her. My daughter went to pick up the pizza. We were supposed to have four pizzas but we had five she added an extra pepperoni. I don’t know why my daughter was trying to get it taken off and she was giving her bad looks and being rude to her. she had to call someone else over to fix the problem because the other girl did not understand or didn’t want to understand .
If you Have someone that it is difficult for them to understand the language and to do their job properly they should not be answering the phone and taking orders nor should they be at the counter taking orders.

I’m so frustrated I ordered a pizza they told me 12 minutes I come back they said sorry they messed it up come back again (at this time I have ice cream in the car) I come back (I don’t check me pizza -my fault) I get all the way home and the pizza is wrong and a mess I had to come all the way back and wait yet another 12 minutes because of course they didn’t answer the phone

I don’t typically give google reviews for places around the house but when you receive the top notch service we received it must be noted. E was gracious, quick, attentive and went above and beyond to provide the best service I’ve ever received at Little Caesar’s! What an awesome awesome experience. E even volunteered to bring my pizza out to my car. All with a smile!

This location is awful. Staff is rude, and no pizza ever ready. All ways waiting time of 20 min. Isn’t it supposed to be ready to go?! We usually drive extra 15 min to a better location. Which sucks because this one much closer

Ordered food to be delivered directly with them and they didn't deliver it claimed door dash picked it up but they didn't. The manager Abby doesn't know how her store works. Told us to call door dash rather then understand that we didn't order from door dash. Horrible customer service and will never order with them again.

It’s seriously so sad too see how poorly it’s gone down! The bread sticks are not soft, their pizza is almost always burnt and hard. I can’t believe I’m paying $10 bucks for cardboard!
Now I have to drive 20min just to get a good proper litter Caesars pizza!!!!
