I ordered some catering over the weekend, and they did a great job, being ready, having it in a nice tote to carry, and the staff was very nice and personable. The food was well organized and really easy! Will do again

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my almost 37 years of life. We only went because we were gifted a $25 gift card. We are attempted to use the self help kiosk, used our $25 gift card towards the $39 balance and when we went pay the rest with our card, the machine froze and wouldn’t let any other actions happen. We spoke to the kid running the cash register, he checked the balance of our card and it showed $0. He gets his manager and she had no options for us and offered absolutely no solutions and was basically like sorry about your luck. I called the number on the back of the card and that even more useless person told me to contact who bought us the card. Why in the world would I do that when it has absolutely nothing to do with them and everything to do with their awful kiosk system and store employees. I call Panera customer service…. No one to help me today so maybe I’ll get a call back Monday. If I even get the money back, I will never understand any circumstances visit any Panera ever again.

Staff was not friendly, and it took a long time to get our food even though we were the only people dining inside. I walked up to the counter, and food was setting there. People behind the counter just chatting away.
Ordered the new souffle, cheese was hard, and the edges were too hard to eat. Very disappointed.

I ordered over $40 of food in the PANERA app, not a service like Uber Eats or Door Dash. I received the wrong of half on an Asian salad and a cup of chicken noodle soup. I've been trying for OVER can week in vain, to get reimbursed. I sent screenshots and the store number/info to no avail. This wouldn't have happened with UBER EATS, they resolve issues immediately. I'll never order from Panera again on any platform. Super disappointed. Do you think I was able to feed one adult and two children on a half salad and cup of soup? Not to mention someone lucked out on getting my $40+ order for $12, and I can't even get a response or refund. I usually get Panera once a week at least. Never again. Not even through Uber. This is customer service at it's worst. Nada mas.
