Everything is very good, but they do tend to stretch the truth a little bit when it comes to the time of the order they called us and said our pizza had been mistakenly sent somewhere else. This is not the first time, but my girls do love their pizza from Pizza Hut Ordered pizza. They said our order was mistakenly taken somewhere else. They called us and said if we wanted a free drink or a dessert, I said Either if it’s free, the gentleman said yes it’s free so we received our pizza late, which was still good free anything called back they were supposed to deliver it and the young lady apologize for their mistake. Two hours later nothing arrived. I guess they just didn’t want us to cancel our order so they’ve stretched the truth a little bit. Don’t say you’re gonna send something if you’re not a simple apology would’ve done it. Last time when our Our pizza was sent to the wrong address down the street we called back to see what was the hold up. The gentleman told my daughter you can walk down the street and get your pizza. They said it on a patio table. Are you serious? Why in the world would we go down the street pick up a pizza from a random house even if it has our name on it are y’all kidding me I don’t know if it’s the delivery people that they used to deliver or just that there’s no communication with each other on what should be done🤷🏼♀️

Had a misunderstanding with my order that wasn’t delivered due to Some roommates thinking they had the wrong house. I called up the store and Shawn answered and said come to the store and he’d get me a fresh order and a cheese pizza on the house for the misunderstanding. SHOUT OUT TO SHAWN FOR LOOKING OUT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS GIVE THAT MAN A PROMOTION AND A RAISE
Should have read the reviews before I ordered. The absolute worst establishment I have visited since I moved here last year. Pizza was cold and the cook was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for a remake. My advice would be to find another place to get your pizza.

We really miss Nathan the delivery driver I’ll never forget my dog crapped on his shoes while he was standing at our front door delivering our pizza and he didn’t blink an eye he just scrapped it in our porch said have a good night and left We really don’t like these new door dash drivers they don’t care about the customer at all please bring back Pizza Hut drivers only
