Delivery driver didn’t use initiative to enter the gate. Anyone outside will open if you wait for a minute. I changed my number, twice on the app but they still had an old number. The girl on the phone had no customer service akills and even the General Manager can’t hold it together in the face of an hangry old woman who can’t eat after 8pm. And they won’t even refund your money if you don’t get your pizza. As if I’ll ever order from them again. 2.5 makes sense.

ordered sm pepperoni, large supreme. The 1st person answering phone was not able to understand any information I gave him. He laid phone down and after a while, someone else came to phone and took order fine. Pizza arrived on time but was horrible, dry and like rubber and surely was not a supreme. Waste of money, will not recommend and won't return

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut in Lake Worth many times, but it seems like more recently, it has gone down quite a bit in service. The very next day (11/17/18), I place an order online for 3 medium (2 pan and 1 thin crust), 2 pastas and a double order of breadsticks. I get a call about 10 minutes after my order is placed. I will only give this store a 3 because the employee Jason was amazing and very caring along with the other guys and girl that had beautiful lavender hair. Now on the other hand the manager Marie is very rude and told her employees not to be nice to me even though she messed up my meal she even told me she made the pizza I ordered the big box and didn't even get 2 pizzas she gave me cheese sticks. Then I called for over 45 mins got hung up on 5 times and she told me when I finally got through (which I was right by their location) tells me there was only her and the other girl which that was true but with 5 or 6 guys. She wasn't friendly at all and very rude which made me ticked, but thank god for the other employees because they were sweet.
