I ordered the Thin N’ Crispy, but the crust ended up tasting like cardboard. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I was really disappointed.

Kile is the general manager at lake worth Pizza Hut he is very unprofessional disrespectful and rude so because my son was working here and was mistreating my son left his job that he really like because of kile hy son has been working here since he was 16 he is 20 now now I am coming to do door dash and kile is not giving me the orders for the people I am supposed to deliver how unprofessional is that

Delivery driver didn’t use initiative to enter the gate. Anyone outside will open if you wait for a minute. I changed my number, twice on the app but they still had an old number. The girl on the phone had no customer service akills and even the General Manager can’t hold it together in the face of an hangry old woman who can’t eat after 8pm. And they won’t even refund your money if you don’t get your pizza. As if I’ll ever order from them again. 2.5 makes sense.

This place is horrible! I ordered two pizzas, a pasta, and a cookie. They delivered one pizza, pasta, and a cookie. When I called they said well we will give you a $10 credit. I said no I want my pizza. The lady said well we usually don’t deliver one pizza. After back and forth they said they would make my pizza. Fast forward an hour and a half still waiting for my pizza. Call to check on it…oh the driver that was supposed to take it…went home without taking your pizza. We now only have one driver we will get it to you as soon as we can….still waiting. (This is not the first time something like this has happened with this location).

ordered sm pepperoni, large supreme. The 1st person answering phone was not able to understand any information I gave him. He laid phone down and after a while, someone else came to phone and took order fine. Pizza arrived on time but was horrible, dry and like rubber and surely was not a supreme. Waste of money, will not recommend and won't return
