There was one girl working when I came in. She seemed to be new. Waited on counter for someone to come take the order. She finally came took my order while I heard others in the back laughing and talking. A guy who seemed to have just gotten off work from somewhere else walked in and went straight to the back. They Had all add ons on a rolling cart. After she took my order she went back to making fruit bowls and toast. Everyone else remained in the back. I waited and I went outside to check on my kid. It took so long that I brought him inside. My smoothie hadn't even been started. A girl came from the back and took an order and then finally began my order. I thought maybe they were closing. Had someone not working behind the counter. Not sure what they even put in my smoothie She rearrange the add ons after she added to my smoothie. Like she was confused exactly what she added. He had to move rolling rack to get from behind counter She took the smoothie off the machine and went back to add on rolling rack and added something else to my smoothie. She put back on machine and then finally handed it to me.

If you open at 10AM, have two people inside looking at us standing outside in 39° for 8 minutes and one walked into work and greeted, and it’s now 10:02… you know you should be open.. so we left. It’s too cold to just keep standing while y’all look at us outside.

Manager David Ramirez & Smoothie King are running scam coupons on their app. Today was my first day in this location so I downloaded the app and saw they were running a deal for $7, 32oz drink. I went in and ordered from their menu on the wall. Apparently that coupon didn't apply to that menu. Although it didn't say that anywhere on the app or in the store. So I was charged $9! When I mentioned this to the cashier she said "it does that to everyone". When I asked her to fix it she flat out refused and also refused to let me speak to her manager.

I come here at least 4-5 times a week, always wonderful service. Yesterday 10/5/24 1:15 pm had to go into the store to order, because the online site did not show items available. The staff was friendly as usual & explained what happened, no problem. I tried to order online again, site still down, so I walk in at 8:30 different staff , the young lady says “sorry we are already shut down unable to make 2 bowls” , but they close at 9. She couldn’t even turn 1 blender on for business ?
