I purchased items from the merchant store. The customer service I encountered was above average. Each order is handled with love and as a customer it made me feel like more than just a number but someone they were grateful for. They made me, as an individual, feel special. Because of that service, and my love for Erica’s and Shane’s purpose, I will be making the hour + drive to go dine in the cafe the next time I’m visiting San Antonio.

Convenient location. Tasty food at a reasonable price. Friendly, attentive staff. We ordered a variety of food and everyone enjoyed their meal. Meal size was great, many had leftovers. Burgers, chicken strips, fries, etc., we will return. Order coffee and they donate to the local volunteer fire department. Great community participation.
Went to have food at Out Of The Way Café I got to see miss Erica Rifkin she’s very awesome ??? I love the friendly service. very delicious as well. Fresh ingredients prepared with talent and with a meerkat safari. You will love it! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️  rating !!

I learned about this cafe on Tic Tok and wanted to check it out so, my mom and I drove about 3 hours to go there. We were greeted right away and placed our order. I’m sorry I didn’t get the young lady’s name at the counter but she was very sweet and friendly. There was a small area in the corner for kids to play which I thought was a great idea and there were some booths and some tables. My mom got chicken tenders/ fries and I got a club sandwich/ fries. The tenders was a huge portion and my sandwich was very lightly toasted ( which I’ve not had before) and I liked that a lot actually. (Usually they’re very toasted and end up hurting the roof of your mouth. ) We bought some of their coffee that they roast themselves, a T-shirt and put some money in the Medina Lake Volunteer Fire Dept boot they have in the cafe for a fundraiser. If you’re in the area check them out.
