Not the cleanest restaurant, staff needs training. Drink station had gunk and needed to be cleaned. Long haired dude was dragging his hair through the ingredients while preparing pizza.

Poorly trained and uninspired staff that changes every time I come in which is infrequent due to poor service and I assume uninvolved management. Dirty greasy tables.

Food was great, no complaints. Need to work on customer service. Delayed taking orders in person with online orders even though employees were not working. Hard to hear conversations over the loud sounds even when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.

Worst pizza experience to date, took over 2 hours and when I opened the box I just couldnt believ my eyes. Looked like a kid made that pizza, no thanks, I don't appreciate your service.

Craving a pizza and MOD Pizza was close by. Walked in and the young man behind the counter greeted me, I told him my first time with MOD, and he went over the process and I created my own pizza. From start to finish it was very easy and quick and my pizza was out within 15 minutes. The crust was OK…crispy but not much flavor, plenty of cheese, and the veggies were fresh and good. The pepperoni was OK…honestly couldn’t tell there was pepperoni but you did taste the mushrooms and red onions. Overall a good pie, especially for the price and the service was excellent.

Service was ok, only 2 people were working. The place was FILTHY! I told the female employee the trash was overflowing, and the beverage station was gross...she said "thanks"

Best part is building your own pizza at a fixed low price. And then comes the variables, which is why I can only give this 3 stars.Variable #1: Is it a busy night? If it is, then your online order won't likely be ready by the time given (hint: be sure to remind them of the drizzle if you ordered it on a busy night!)Variable #2: Who's working? I don't know names, but there's one guy I've seen who seems to "run the show," and he's consistently awesome at what he does. But the girl who was putting pizzas in & taking them out this night: I almost cancelled my order (I didn't, because I was hungry and didn't want to wait at another place) - No gloves: She grabbed each pizza with bare hands, grabbed boxes, drink cups, receipts, and more... When I see the others wearing gloves and she's not, I don't exactly understand what's going on here (esp in the world today).Consistent for my last 2 visits: Yes, as other reviews have stated, the center is soggy. But, to help explain this: At home, we have "homemade pizza nights" where I make dough and give everyone a dough ball, and everyone makes their own pizza. If you select toppings that release water when cooking, you often get a soggy middle. So, this is understandable (unless you take the time to dry the veggies dry BEFORE cooking). A) it's obvious this place doesn't do this (I don't know if any place does besides me at home). But B) if you don't do this, you need to add some time to the cooking to at least get the dough to cook more thoroughly overall. The edges would become more burnt, so I'm guessing this is less desirable (from the business perspective). However, when they're busy and pizzas are pulled out too soon (to meet the demand), not only do you lose the crispy edges but you also have soggy uncooked dough. So yeah, that's a big bummer (& I can hear TV Chef Ramsey yelling to remake it).Overall: A GREAT concept, a great price, and generally a good effort! Bottom line: Your experience will vary, but yes, you'll likely get a soggy bottom especially if you have requested water-releasing veggies!Hope this helps!

We've been to this location several times and after last night, we will never go back.3 employees on a Friday night and the line was to the door. They had 20+ online orders that they made before making anyone that was in person first. Common sense, make one online order then one person that is standing in line. The pizza was not cooked all the way because they were in too much of a hurry and pulling the pizzas out of the oven early. We ordered 5 pizzas and 3 came out 10 minutes before the other 2 were done.Several other people in line said they would never come back. Major let down.

Upon entering the restaurant it was evident that it was dirty with food on the floor and counters, smudges on the glass and the toppings did not look fresh. I was with another person so I didn’t want to say, hey, let’s just go somewhere else but that was my first thought. One of the main ingredients of the pizza I ordered was basil. They were out of it. The person taking the order was wearing unkempt clothing and had an overall unkempt appearance. The person making the pizza did not seem to be feeling well. His nose/nostrils were very red and he was unable to speak. I don’t know why? The pizza was not good, at all. I couldn’t eat it. My friend ate a few pieces and said it wasn’t very good either. I remember when this place first opened maybe 5 or 6 years ago. It was very different then, clean, fresh, and the pizza’s were delicious. Not sure what happened. I obviously will not return.

Something went wrong with this place, it used to be great and fast, now it is very slow, sad and dirty. Pizza still tastes great, but it can take a while to get one.

Typically good. Was closed when I arrived this time, during regular biz hrs. Unexpected as the automated system (ie phone number listed) allowed me to order.

This place is VERY slow. We waited for 35 minutes in line when less than 10 people in front of us. If you ever want a quick meal, this is not the place for you.
