Craving a pizza and MOD Pizza was close by. Walked in and the young man behind the counter greeted me, I told him my first time with MOD, and he went over the process and I created my own pizza. From start to finish it was very easy and quick and my pizza was out within 15 minutes. The crust was OK…crispy but not much flavor, plenty of cheese, and the veggies were fresh and good. after a long crowded day of shopping,had dinner there it was very satisfying,fresh tasting,and the service was just great ,the Manager was very engaging with the crew and customers in store , very good energy,it's good to see be somewhere that employees enjoy there

Food was great, no complaints. Need to work on customer service. Delayed taking orders in person with online orders even though employees were not working. Hard to hear conversations over the loud sounds even when there was hardly anyone in the restaurant.
