The photos on the site look way more appealing than what you actually get. I ordered a double burger and fries and was only given about 15 fries literally my box was sad and they were cold and soggy. No ketchup on the side no sauce no napkins...I would rate the burger a 6/10 Fries 2/10

Ordered 3 different burgers for my son's birthday (Chandler, Chris, and Karl styles). The Chris never made it, instead they sent two Chandlers. The problem is that they don't use real cheese...it's a processed sauce. My son, who isn't too picky, took one bite and set it down: "NO...just NO"
