Took a while to get our food, server didn't really have any enthusiasm and seemed bored and tired (which makes sense). I asked for ice coffee with no sugar in it and they gave me one with sugar. So major red
I will start by saying WOW !!! An employee by the name of Oscar greeted us out side because my family and I decided to eat at the tables this gentleman has excellent customer service and very polite as well. We also had the pleasure of meeting AX the Manager excellent customer service too !! He made us feel welcome and anxious to service us again !! We ordered with the app while we were parked. The food came out in good time. Our car hop went back to get us a drink holder fire 4 drinks since we were taking this order home. He was very nice and we tipped him for his good attitude and service!I ordered a newish bbq cheeseburger but was disappointed with the soggy condition by the time we got home. The tots were delish as usual! I always like the unsweet iced tea.
