typical Sunday evening at chicken express with a long line to prove it! however, the men on the mics were polite, and someone, who I'm assuming was the manager (blonde) on duty, was very personable, and gave me, a person with a 2 year old in the back seat, an extra leg for the five minute wait it would take for more legs in our mix. we appreciate the kindness and the patience--it can't be easy to deal with people when they have to wait for chicken legs on a Sunday.
Not from Lakeway so wasn't sure where to go. Went in today and glad I did. Spicy tenders, fries, and a sweat tea hot the spot. Manager was cashier who had great customer service, food was hot and delicious, and got out in a timely manner. Can't go wrong here.

This is the first Chicken Express I’ve eaten at before. It’s my favorite fast food restaurant now! I get the green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, either fried chicken or fish (which comes with an amazing tartar sauce that has little pieces of dill pickles), and their unsweetened ice tea.
