Staff here is always just business never a greeting or thanks given, but as long as the order is correct. Can't complain about the service they are not rude but not friendly either.
The flavor is the same as the chain in general.
The service is not the best, it seems like they don't want to serve you. The good thing about this restaurant for children is that you have a play area.

Great food and usually a great experience but this time you can tell that the manager Jonas attitude is shining through. I stood up at the front counter trying to get my drink cup and didn’t get it until they called my number. Then I got to stand a wait holding my food tray trying to get some ketchup. And then the Manager was quit short with me ask for ketchup saying he and his team were too busy to care about the customer inside trying to eat. I don’t like to have to stand...
