When we walked into this particular Tacobell. We stood in line waiting to order. The lady came up and said “we had to do our order and the self serve order station.” I asked “if we had to or if she could take our order” and she said “no.” Then my friend payed with cash, so the cashier had to give him change…Kinda funny if you ask me. Once my order came out, it was wrong, and luke warm. Great Christian music playing. I guess next time I will just use the drive through and place my order there.

Not to happy about walking into this location and watching all the employees just standing around while I have a difficult time trying to order on that stupid computer myself!! I do NOT work at Taco Bell and as a truck driver I am time sensitive especially stopping to order food! It literally took me 5-10 min just to order! Don’t expect customers to walk in and work on my own Order. Might as well walk back there behind the counter and make my own food! DONT EXPECT CUSTOMERS TO DO TACO BELL EMPLOYEES JOB! ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS NOTHING ELSE GOING ON.

The sodas were horrible! It tasted like pure carbonated water. I ordered the crunchy chicken avocado ranch burrito. Never again! It tasted like old lettuce. The staff were not friendly at all. She pointed to the kiosk for us to order then immediately got on her phone. I’ll probably never go back.

I have never seen a corporation completely lose their customers basic needs like this location has. The whole point of this establishment is fast, and convenience. You get neither here. No cashiers make kiosk purchases long and confusing if you can even navigate thru there system. Customers are so confused with no help the food order process has almost come to a halt. I watched many walk out the door just simply given up as did I after 15 minutes of waiting for a kiosk. Never this store again.

I came to this taco bell at 1130 pm , noone would answer drive thru, I knocked on window and nothing!!. Very frustrating considering the hours state they are open till 12. There was 1 white car in parking lot I saw the employee onside but he refused to answer. Just stood there and ignored me!!. If you are not open CHANGE YOUR HOURS ONLINE or hire a better night crew!

Got their new slow roasted cheesy burrito it came with the smallest amount of sause the website shows a full cup. Come on taco bell this is over $5
