My husband and I enjoyed a latte, a drip coffee, and three pastries. Everything was excellent! My peach danish had generous amounts of cream cheese and peaches. The pastries were flavorful and delicate. I so appreciate that the baker doesn't skimp on flavor.
I had a smoothie that was very refreshing but I doubt it was very healthy. It tasted fairly sweet and as if it was made from concentrate and not from fresh fruit. I was disappointed. The location was good, right on US281. There are better coffee options in Lampasas.
We were in town from Idaho visiting our daughter. Stopped here for coffee on our way to the airport. My husband got the iced pumpkin latte and it was amazing! It tasted like a slice of pumpkin pie 🥧. I ordered the Asian Cowboy and was just as delicious. Very strong but so so good! The coffee shop is absolutely adorable and it makes you feel like you want to sit and stay a while.
