I was excited to try this place after seeing the great reviews. Talk about disappointment. It seemed to me that the sauces, guacamole, beans, etc. were straight out of a can. The patio seemed pretty cool, but it was closed due to staffing issues. The menus themselves are faded and felt sticky to the touch. Do yourself a favor, skip, and drive straight to Taco Bell. The quality of the food is the same, and Taco Bell is cheaper.

Beautiful restaurant with fantastic service and authentic food. I went during a massive rush, after the solar eclipse, and they were still able to provide us with the best service a restaurant can offer. I'll be going back there any time I'm in the area.

This place 2/2/24 i almost walked out ....lol soon i walked in took host forever to greet us ...i almost sat myself ...it was ok not too bad but seems like the waitresses dont like being there...food i must say was delicious ...they do need better tortillas ....all in all im not going back ill just go to rodeo down the street... where im greeted with a smile and right away !!!

Love this place. Always, greeted by friendly staff and the service is on point. Great chips and salsa (we love the the queso also). Every dish we have had so far has been fantastic. I love when a place takes pride in every aspect of the restaurant from the atmosphere- to the cleanliness of the entire place inside and out. Worth the visit. The only downfall is they are a cash only restaurant. They have an atm but it would be nice to add a card feature. - don’t let that stop you though. Great place!!

First time visit on Valentine’s Day and Alfredo’s didn’t disappoint. You’re greeted by friendly staff as soon as you enter the door. The inside was spotless and busy with music, food and good ambience. We decided to eat outside, I order the tamales plate and my wife ordered enchiladas. You’ll enjoy the Mexican culture and lake view from the dining table. Our waitress Maria was five star!!!! She provided great customer service and was a crowd pleaser. Maybe next time Alfredo’s can add a frozen pina colada. We’ll definitely be back soon with the rest of our family and friends.
I am from Indiana, so when I was visiting in Texas I was expecting really good Mexican food. It was about the same as the Mexican restaurants in Indiana.

This is a tough review as I’ve seen this was a great place to eat.It really isn’t and feel like one should understand what they’ll get.The staff is great and service was exceptional. The setting is nice, but the food is just not that good. Even in terms of average texmex.Sauces are ok but a little off the mark , but that’s subjective I suppose. Enchiladas had that old dirty kitchen taste and the chicken fry reminded me of your standard frozen grocery store microwave fare.It’s alright if in town but don’t make a special trip!

We ordered street tacos and the Alfredo's Plate. Absolutely delicious. Also had homemade flour tortillas and pralines.Everything was so good.Service was super fast and friendly. We will be back.
