The customer service is great and the workers are wonderful. There is never perfect but I am telling you no imperfect could get you to turn away from this place. I think there food is great, the are clean, and on top of there game. Also met an owner and she is wonderful to the point I know I am also giving my money to good people.
I love bush’s and it’s always my reward meal after a track meet or bad days, but recently I’ve been disappointed. The past two times I’ve gone I’ve had the same woman taking my order and she rushed everything my mother said and didn’t take our order properly. I asked for light ice in my Dr Pepper and she filled it up to the brim, I also asked for a honey mustard and it was not put in there. This was the last time I went around 2 weeks ago. I would have given them a 4 at least even at 4.5, but, the last few months the French fries have just gone downhill they don't cook them enough or they're cold and soggy. They The chicken is great.
