Every time my kiddos and I visit we are welcomed with friendly faces. This location gets very busy but they are always super efficient and kind. They get my order correct and it’s always fresh. The gentleman working there is always so nice and quick along with Alexis and Jessica. We made sure to pass along our review to corporate.

Okay, here's a negative review of Dairy Queen:
I recently visited Dairy Queen, and it was a pretty disappointing experience. The service was slow, and the staff didn't seem particularly interested in being helpful. When I finally got my Blizzard, it was not mixed well at all. There were pockets of just plain ice cream, and the toppings were all clumped on top.

We waited over 20 minutes to get 2 ice creams and one meal. While the table across us came 10 minutes after and got there’s in 5. They had 6 ice creams. We asked them politely if our food was ready, they hadn’t started it yet, and even said the ice cream was out which was not true. Do not recommend.

i don’t believe it should take 20 minutes to make a sandwich while i sit in the parking lot with my ice cream melting awfull experience and they didn’t even Remember That I had a sandwich I had to remind them, At the window when I got my ice creamand then when they came to serve my sandwich, they asked what I had and i didn’t even get my fries when i ordered the combo🙄the worst place in lampasas

Went ordered 4meals. They forgot that were waiting outside for our order, the two orders or large onion rings had 4 each, the steak and chicken fingers had water for both gravys waste of our money!!!! Doesn’t even deserve one star!!!
