Then they put whatever they wanted into the combo orders instead of what we paid for. Exceptionally poor service and essentially stole our money because we paid for food we didn’t receive.

We had a wonderful experience here. My wife's roasted chicken breast and green beans were great, and my catfish tasted awesome. The sweet, buttery rolls are super good as is the "Fill-in-Manager". I definitely recommend Golden Chick.

Staff was very friendly, resturant easy clean and tidy. Food was really good, except the okra was cold. First time to Golden Chick and would definitely try again.

We have given chance after chance and not sure why we keep going back!! When your excited about not having to cook dinner and your husband chooses Golden Chick, he ordered the 4 pc chicken and every piece was so old and dried up, his last piece the white piece of chicken was black and when he split it open there was dark dried up blood, the chicken smelt bad, I had the chicken salad sandwich that looked like it had been thrown in the box, with only half of the bun having chicken salad, looked nothing like the advertised photo on the menu, I took photos but my husband said "what are they gonna do about it" you should really be able to upload photos to these reviews!!!!!!
