Slowest drive thru service ever, food cold, rubbery and dry food. Don't waste your money or time just because it's McDonalds. This one is run horrible and management needs to do something

I ordered no cheese. Burger came with cheese. Returned burger. Employee was in no hurry to fix my 12$ order. Sat down. Went back to counter. Mgr and employee talking. Did not acknowledge me. I ask if that was mgr. She turned and looked at me. And instead of treating me like a customer. She did approach me. Or try to see what my issue was. Then the burger came. My fries were warm to start. Now they would be cold. Employee and mgr proved that customer service means nothing to them. This is why I dont like going to the Lampasas mcdonalds. This has happened more than once.

Waited 20 minutes for my food The biscuit was cold and stale. The bagel sandwich was also very burnt. I would have been okay waiting 20+ minutes if the food would have been fresh off the grill. Honestly I feel bad for the workers because they barely had anyone staffed to cook the food infact the cashier lady was making drinks as well as taking orders. I have been to several different McDonaldâs and I have never seen this short staffed and with stale food!
