The brisket tamales were incredible. The sausage was great, even though I usually prefer a more course grind. The brisket had some good flavor, but was leaner than I like. Next order I will see if I can order moist. I like the fatty side. The sauce perfectly complimented the sausage and brisket. Not sure if they make their own, but it's good. Friendly people. Definitely will be back.
Edit: placed another order. Tamales and sausage were great again. Got moist brisket...

I am blown away with the taste of this food. I was expecting good, but I have to say it was the best! I bought two pounds of brisket and 6 dozen tamales. The tamales are my favorite! Needless to say I will be ordering again.

So much great about Nothin butts BBQ & Catering...nothing in Lampasas comes close to what Nothing Butts BBQ & Catering offers....great prices, great people and outstanding food. Loaded Baked Potatoes are loaded and outstanding. The brisket, Ribs well everything is just outstanding
