We love to Pizza the Hut! I placed a pi k up order, it was still in the oven when I arrived. Waited a few minutes and left with the pizza. It was fantastic!! Employees were friendly. Overall great experience.

Ordered two medium one topping pizzas one pepperoni and one cheese. Got home and found both were pepperoni!! I should have checked them before I left but I didn’t. Sad that you can’t get something that simple done right.

We ordered carry out and thy didn’t let us eat inside. Like I get it, we chose carry out but you have tables what’s the harm in letting us sit on them and eat so these babies didn’t have to eat in the car. I swear that’s why I never go to Pizza Hut. Service is terrible.

Over the last year this location has gone to absolute junk due to poor staffing which I am sure is due to requirements set by the franchise. Today was the last order I will ever make with them that was cancelled after an hour of waiting on food to be delivered only to have to call and find out that they will not even have a driver for another 4 hours. Staff is either so backed up or just doesn't care enough to even make a call to let a person waiting on their doors know anything. A simple call much earlier and I would have probably just drive up there for my order. This place needs a lot of work to ever be considered to use it again.

Myself and my two young boys came in to eat after Squared Silly Halloween fest. With that being said, it was us and two other small groups in there. We placed an order for 1 large pizza and cinnamon sticks at 7:45. At 8:15 the cashier came and brought us our cinnamon sticks. I thought it was a bit odd when after 10 minutes we still didn’t have our pizza and my boys of course wanted to dig into the dessert… Finally she came back over and told me the cook forgot to make our pizza. I waited for over 30 minutes with a 2 year old and five year old to be told it would be another 30 minutes until our pizza was ready. She then said I can just charge you for the cinnamon sticks and drinks… ummmmm yeaaah wasn’t planning on paying for a pizza I never received. Face palm. (We left because I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes with my two tired and hungry kids).. Kind of surprised I was even charged for the drinks and cinnamon sticks after that but fine. This was also our first and last time dining here. :)
