Food and service were great. The atmosphere could use some work. It could be I miss the Pizza Hut of my youth.

Myself and my two young boys came in to eat after Squared Silly Halloween fest. With that being said, it was us and two other small groups in there. We placed an order for 1 large pizza and cinnamon sticks at 7:45. At 8:15 the cashier came and brought us our cinnamon sticks. I thought it was a bit odd when after 10 minutes we still didn’t have our pizza and my boys of course wanted to dig into the dessert… Finally she came back over and told me the cook forgot to make our pizza. I waited for over 30 minutes with a 2 year old and five year old to be told it would be another 30 minutes until our pizza was ready. She then said I can just charge you for the cinnamon sticks and drinks… ummmmm yeaaah wasn’t planning on paying for a pizza I never received. Face palm. (We left because I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes with my two tired and hungry kids).. Kind of surprised I was even charged for the drinks and cinnamon sticks after that but fine. This was also our first and last time dining here. :)

April is AMAZING! I ordered delivery and she called right away to tell me her driver hadn't show up yet. Would I like to wait or pick up. She apologized so many times. Honestly not her fault. Things happen no biggie. She was super sweet about it. Love her!

Placed order 4 times the 4th time was done over the phone ! each time the order was eaither cancelled or declined! Went to dominos and ordered a hole extra pizza and cost more ! Then the order at Pizza Hut and went through just fine ! Maybe check your system.

The guy who work here took my card information and started spending my money. So trashy! It wasn’t the ladies. It was the shady men in the back. Don’t come here unless you want them to steal your money.

Great pizza wonderful people helping make sure I got what I needed and the wait time was almost nothing at all.
I have oder there several times the pizza was not all the way cooked bread sticks was hard as heck and pasta was cold and dumbed over not even covered when I had it delivered to me . I had gotten the big dinner box and it was not worth the 40 dollars I spent. Called up there to get it fix or a refund the store manger was rude and didn't want to do anything even a simple refund never again I'll order from them.
Honestly this was just the best experience. You truly don't find this everyday. We were welcomed by Robyn who also waited on us. And let me just say, absolute sweetheart. This wonderful lady kept our drinks full, and very pleasant conversation in between waiting. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious, we also had fries and they were just as tasty. My kids had a blast thanks pizza hut. Kinda still wish you had the old salad bar in the middle like it was when I was a kid. But nonetheless, absolutely will be going back. Great prices, even better pizza and service.
